What do you want to know about your soul’s agenda?
On: Living inside out
Open your heart, Dear One – Not so that you can let love in from somewhere outside of you. We want you to open your heart and look within for the love that you already hold within you – that you are made up of – that you are.
Open your heart and let that love out. Let it flow through you and from you out into the world. You are the source, Dear One, that you are longing to connect with/re-connect with. The light of the universe, of all that it is, shines through you.
Live your life from the inside out. Shine your brightest. Let the light of who you are radiate out of you and fall on anyone within its reach.
Live from the inside out, for within you is more than you will ever need, more than you could ever conceive of, more than you will ever fully know/realize until you open up to it.
Live from the inside out and you will never know from a shortage of love, or connection to source again.
On: Surviving the storm
When you are in a place where you can recognize that your ability to see, and think, and perceive clearly has been impaired, Dear One, stop.
Just sit down, right where you are, and be still.
Trying to fix it, pushing more clouded, chaotic energy out into the world when you are in this place, is only going to contribute to the spinning, to the racing, to the whirlwind that is blowing all around you, impairing your vision.
Stop and be still; let the winds die down a bit, let the dust settle. And wait for your vision to clear, before you take one. more. step.
Somedays the most valuable thing that you can do for yourself, and those around you, is to stop, and be perfectly still.
Sometimes, the biggest, most important, and challenging task on your to-do list, is to do nothing.

On: Pausing
Pause for a moment, Dear One.
Be still.
- Become aware of your breathing
- Become aware of your thoughts
- Become aware of where you are
- Become aware of your body; how you are holding it right now
- Become aware of your heartbeat
- Become aware of how you are feeling
- Become aware of what it is you want from this moment, and the next
Now that you are aware, Dear One, what is it that you were about to do next?
On: Why you should forgive them
Forgive them for their mistakes, Dear One, their shortcomings, their faults, their ignorance, and their impatience.
Forgive their actions when they react out of fear, their words when they respond from pain, their behaviors when they get defensive, and their callousness when they are cruel.
They are not perfect. They are deeply flawed. They are hurting, healing, learning, and coping the best way that they know how. Believe it or not, they are actually doing the very best that they believe that they are capable of.
They are imperfect, Dear One – just like you.
Forgive them without expectation, without condition, without question and without hesitation.
Why?
Because doing so is one of the most powerful healing gifts that you can give to yourself.
On: Just how bright would you like it?
How much light you have in your life, Dear One, how connected you are to source, is entirely up to you.
We, consciousness, guidance, spirit, source, are not more available to you on some days and less available to you on others. We are not more available to some people and less available to others.
We are equally available to all, like the sun, and from our perspective, there are no rainy days.
The openness of your heart, Dear One, your ability to trust, is what determines the amount of light in your life, how connected you are to your source. Nothing more and nothing less.
You can choose to open up the shades a little and let a small amount of light in, or you can choose to open them up all the way and let the light pour in all around you.
Just how bright would you like it to be today, Dear One?
On: A reason not to give up
Only an open heart can heal, Dear One.
On: A great idea
There is nothing more potent, Dear One, more valuable, than the discovery of a great idea.
There is no more powerful point of attraction in the universe.
If you are fortunate enough to discover one, don’t make the mistake of ignoring it, of passing it by.
Act on it.
What makes an idea great?
You deciding it is so.
On: Finding immediate relief
If the thought that you are thinking right now does not feel good to you, Dear One, pick a new one.
Immediately.
On: How to start your day
Forgive yourself, Dear One.
Let it go.
Take a deep breath in, let it out.
Smile.
And begin again.
On: A win-win scenario
Act courageously today, Dear One.
Do something that you have been afraid to do. Say something that you have been afraid to say. Decide not to let the fear of rejection, embarrassment, or failure stop you.
And at the end of the day, regardless of the outcome, celebrate the fact that you did it!
