Why choose to doubt yourself, punish yourself, be hard on yourself, judge yourself, or skimp on yourself, Dear One, when you can choose to comfort yourself, forgive yourself, have confidence in yourself,  be generous with yourself, and love yourself instead?

The more creative you are, Dear One, the more you trust yourself, follow your heart, and allow yourself to color outside the lines, the more you will be living a life that is of service to life itself.

Know that nothing about you needs to change for you to be loved, Dear One.   You are already loved, totally, completely and eternally – just as you are.

You may think that a partner is necessary to make feeling the experience of love possible.  And experiencing love with a partner is one way to experience it, but it is not the only way.  And we are not talking about sex, although that is a part of it.  It is not a partner that makes love possible.  It is not a partner that is creating the love, Dear One.

Love already exists – ready for you to experience anytime that you choose.

With a partner is just the way that you have learned to open yourself up to the experience of love in your physical reality.  But if you choose to, you can experience the love that is already yours without one as well.

How?

By simply choosing to believe our words:

You are already loved, Dear One, totally, completely and eternally – just as you are.

Know Dear One, that the universe is very good at filling up empty spaces with wonderful things, if you let it.

What are you going to choose to talk about today, Dear One?

• The things that you love or the things that you hate?
• The things that you have or the things that you don’t?
• The things that make you feel strong or the things that make you feel weak?
• The parts of you that are hurting or the parts that are healing?

The story that you tell is the story that you create.

So, what words are you going to use in the telling of your story today?

What are you going to choose to create for yourself today?

The unexpected, the mysterious, the miraculous, is so much less miraculous, Dear One, when viewed through the eyes of spirit.

And the ordinary, the everyday, the simplest, smallest acts are so much more so.

Being brave does not require that you be physically or emotionally strong, Dear One. It does not require that you be fearless or aggressive either. Nor does it require you to take a risk, be courageous, or …  just-do-it.

All that is required for you to be brave, Dear One, is trust.

• An experience of taking a risk or playing it safe
• An experience of opening a door or closing one
• An experience of giving love or withholding it
• An experience of forgiveness or anger
• An experience of self confidence or doubt
• An experience of patience or frustration
• An experience of connection or isolation
• An experience of action or hesitation

You decide, and then you choose.

What next?

The most productive thing that you can do for yourself today, Dear One, is whatever it is that is going to make you smile.

We promise you, Dear One, that everything will be ok, that you will never be without us, that there is no limit to what is possible for you, that inspiration is divine guidance and that following it will never lead you astray, that you will always be beautiful in the eyes of spirit, that you will be loved for all of eternity, that there is always an answer, that you are never trapped, that you can heal from anything, that nothing lasts forever, that if you can imagine it you can create it, and that we always keep our promises.
