What do you want to know about your soul’s agenda?

All questions submitted will be answered and all responses will be shared as a daily blog post for the benefit of us all. No names or personally identifiable information will be included in the post.

    On: Requirements of bravery

Being brave does not require that you be physically or emotionally strong Dear One. It does not require that you be fearless or aggressive either. Nor does it require you to take a risk, be courageous, or …  just-do-it.

All that is required for you to be brave Dear One, is trust.

    On: How to change direction

Do you want to know what you can do Dear One, to start turning things around?

    We’ll tell you.

    • Start choosing things that you want over things that you don’t want
    • Start choosing activities that you like over activities that you don’t like
    • Start choosing people that make you smile over people that don’t
    • Start choosing thoughts that make you feel good over thoughts that make you feel badly

    That’s how.

    On: Jealousy

Sometimes it takes witnessing someone else’s success to gain clarity on your own desires Dear One.

Condemning others for getting there first will never serve you.  Jealousy or envy won’t ever help to bring you closer to that which you are wanting.

But an open mind will – Gratitude will – Enthusiasm will – Joyous anticipation will – Positive action will.

Let the lives and successes of others inspire you, motivate you, show you what’s possible.  Be grateful to those who have gotten there first.  Express gratitude towards them for paving the path and showing you the way.

Gratitude and joyous anticipation will help you reach your goals at a much faster rate than frustration and jealousy will Dear One, and they make for much more pleasurable travel companions.

    On: A challenge for you

We have a challenge for you today, Dear One.

We would like for you to make a commitment to yourself to only speak your truth all day long, and to take notice of how it feels to do so.

    What does that mean?

    •  That you will remain conscious and think before you speak
    • That you will only answer questions from you heart, and not from habit, obligation, insecurity or fear
    • That you will only say what you really mean, and not what you think you are supposed to say, what you think they need you to say, or what you think they are expecting you to say.

Taking this one on will require you to be vulnerable, courageous, thoughtful, honest, and trusting.

What do you think?  Are you up for it?

On: A kick in the …

Stop waiting for all of the right answers. Stop waiting to be certain. Stop waiting for road signs to show you the way. Stop waiting for circumstances to force you into action. Stop waiting for someone to agree with you or approve of you, or encourage you before you take a step, make a change or take a risk, to follow your heart. Stop waiting for permission to live your life. Stop wasting your time waiting Dear One.

The time for pretending to be timid, incapable, unworthy or anything less than you really are is long over. It’s your life Dear One. You are meant to be enjoying it. There are no rules to follow. There are no right answers. You can’t get it wrong. The only person you need permission from to start living the life that you want is you.

    So, is the wait over?

    On: The antidote to insecurity

The root of your insecurity is not your height Dear One. And it is not your weight, hair, job or clothes either. It is not how you were raised, how much money you have, where you grew up, where you live now, or how much you think you are loved. It is not your siblings, your spouse or ex-best friend, and it is most definitely not your mother.

The root of your insecurity Dear One, is your head.

You head will tell you stories. It will tell you that something is wrong when it is not, that something is missing when it is well within your reach, or that something is about to disappear that is rightfully yours forever. It will tell you that if you are not careful, if you do pay attention and play by the rules that you could lose all that you have, never get all that you want, and end up with everything that you fear and despise.

Do you want to know how to put an end to it, and rid yourself of all of your insecure thoughts once and for all?

The next time you are looking for the truth Dear One, about your value, your worth, your beauty, your ability, your potential, or your importance in this world, turn to your heart instead of your head for the answer.

And then trust what it tells you.
