    Contrary to popular belief (and practice) Dear One, healing does just happen.

    Your very vital and active role in the process is to allow it.

    And if you should need them, the doctors, counselors, teachers, or healer’s role, is to help you to do it.

    On: Feeling better, right now

    Do you want to feel better right now Dear One?

    Choose a better feeling thought, right now.

    If it should inspire in you a better feeling action, take it.

     

    *Repeat this process as often as is necessary until a desired emotional state has been achieved.

    You are not meant to do this alone Dear One.

    Needing, asking for, and accepting help is not a sign of weakness. It is not an indicator of dependence, failure, stupidity, or lack in any way, shape or form either.

    It is actually a sign of great wisdom.

    The more you allow yourself to rely on others, the more you allow yourself to rely on the strength of the whole to heal, create, inspire, and connect, the more in alignment with your source you will be.

    And the more in alignment with your source that you are, the more powerful we all will be as a result.

    So the next time an opportunity arises Dear One, for you to reach out and ask someone for help, know that it will be of a great benefit to us all for you to take it.

    On: Making good choices

    We would like to see you enjoying yourself more and struggling less when you are choosing Dear one, while you in the process of making your decisions.

    Choosing is meant to be fun. Choosing is meant to be exciting. Choosing is meant to be a pleasing and joyous experience.

    When you are choosing, you are creating, you are engaging in the most powerful act of creation, of which you are totally and completely in charge.

    Making a choice is taking an action that you believe is going to serve you, that you believe is going to make things better, that you believe is going to bring to you greater joy, relief, clarity, balance, abundance, love or something else of a positive nature.

    Choosing is something that you should look forward to doing Dear One.

    If you are not feeling good about it, if you are not feeling good about the choice you are about to make, if you are not looking forward to the anticipated outcome of it,  then it is probably not a good choice for you to be making.

    On: What could be more important?

    • Are you loving your body?
    • Are you treating it with respect?
    • Are you feeding it well?
    • Are you speaking to it kindly?
    • Are you keeping it fit?
    • Are you making it strong?
    • Are you taking really good care of it each and every day?

    If your answer to any of these questions is anything other than yes Dear One, we would be remiss if we didn’t ask you, what could possibly be more important?

    On: You’ve got nothing to fear

    Love is nothing to be afraid of Dear One.

    Love is not scary. Love cannot hurt you.

    It is your worry that it won’t be returned, your fear of losing it, your high expectations of it, your perceived lack of it that it causing you to suffer.

    Do you want to know how to make all of those things go away?

    The answer is simple.

    Love more.

    On: Using protection

    Building up your defenses Dear One, putting up a wall, is one way that you can try and protect yourself from the world. But you should know that is far from the best or most effective way to do so.

    Cutting yourself off, hiding yourself away, indulging in suspicion, fear, doubt, anger, and defensiveness are all actions that will, above all else, only serve to weaken you over time.  The more you indulge in them, the more they will wear you down, the more disconnected you will feel, the more vulnerable you will be.

    If you really want to protect yourself Dear One, you’ve got to the do the exact opposite. You’ve got to open yourself up, trust, let life in. You’ve got to make new connections, build up your confidence, and allow yourself to joyfully engage with the world.

    If you feel as if you really need protection Dear One, build bridges not walls.

    On: Your marching orders

    Make feeling good the order of the day today Dear One.

    And make all of your decisions accordingly.

    If, for some reason, from where you are standing, feeling good feels like too much of a stretch for you, then make a decision to march towards feeling better instead.

    But in either case remember Dear One, that the direction that you move in will be the direction that you choose.
