You’ll find peace Dear One, as soon you accept that it already exists within you.
On: Where are we?
We are right here Dear One, with you, always – whether you acknowledge our presence in your everyday life or not.
We are right here beside you, and that is never going to change.
On: Setting limits
Think big Dear One.
Bigger than you have ever allowed yourself to think before.
Don’t hold back.
There is no limit to what you are capable of.
(Unless of course you should decide to set one for yourself)
Remember that as you step out into the world today.
On: Being human
You have come forth into this life Dear One, to be a human being, not a human trying, a human struggling or a human judging.
So stop trying, struggling and judging so hard, and allow yourself to just be.
- Be yourself. Be authentic. Be honest.
- Be loving. Be caring. Be compassionate.
- Be inspiring. Be creative. Be brave.
- Be sad. Be angry. Be confused.
- Be imperfect. Be flawed. Be uncertain.
- Be whatever it is that is in your heart to be.
- Be whatever it is that makes you happy, content and peaceful.
- Be right where you are.
Be what you have come forth to be Dear One.
You.
What else is there really?
On: Only one choice to make
There truly is only one choice for you to make everyday Dear One, and that is to choose to allow life to flow through you or to choose to not allow life to flow you.
Every other decision that you make is just a expression of either one or the other.
On: Your life
This is your life Dear One.
- Love it
- Hate it
- Enjoy it
- Waste it
- Share it
- Hoard it
- Embrace it
- Fear it
- Celebrate it
- Worry it away
What you do with it is totally and completely up to you.
How you respond to the events in it is totally and completely up to you.
How you react to the people in it is totally and completely up to you.
Not them Dear One.
You.
Just you.
On: Fear vs. Intuition
How do you know the difference between fear and intuition Dear One?
How do you know if it is fear that is keeping you from doing something/trying something/experiencing something new, or if what you are feeling is your intuition telling you that it is a bad idea?
Trust.
You trust yourself. That’s how you know.
And the only way that you’ll ever get any better at trusting yourself Dear One, is if do it, as often as you possibly can.
Oh, and one more thing to remember when trying to discern the difference between the two:
- Fear cuts you off from your source
- Intuition connects you to it
On: Like it or not
Like it or not Dear One, now is when your life is happening, now is when you are your most powerful, now is when you can impact change, now is when you can make a difference, now is when your connection with us is the strongest, now is when anything is possible.
No more waiting, wondering, imagining or thinking about what your life will be like when…
There is no when. There is no then. There is no later.
There is only now.
This is it!

Pause for a moment Dear One.
Be still.
- Become aware of your breathing
- Become aware of your thoughts
- Become aware of where you are
- Become aware of your body; how you are holding it right now
- Become aware of your heartbeat
- Become aware of how you are feeling
- Become aware of what it is you want from this moment, and the next
Now that you are aware Dear One, what is it that you were going to do next?
On: Asking for directions
If you are looking for simple directions Dear One, that will get you to where you want to go, here they are:
- Look up more than you look down
- Look forward more than you look back
- Look more towards where you do want to be, and less towards where you don’t
- Follow your heart, your intuition and your smile
And most importantly, enjoy the trip.
