You’ll never know what it’s like to be completely alone Dear One.

None of us will – ever.

We are all connected, one and the same.  We simply exist on different plains of reality from one another.

And even that can not keep us apart.

• You can choose to tell yourself a story of isolation and disconnection if you would like
• Or you can choose to feel the connection with anyone, anything, or anyplace, anytime you would like.

The decision is entirely yours.

Of all things that you think you have to be fearful of  in this life Dear One, being alone should not be one of them – because the truth is, it’s just not possible.

With one hand reaching out holding on to your past, and the other reaching out holding to your future, it is no wonder that you feel stretched so thin in the present Dear One.

That which is for your greatest good, is and will always be, in the present.

The tradition of joining both hands together at your heart for prayer, for meditation, for your daily practice, is meant to be a reminder to you Dear One.

Be. Here. Now.

Your mind can be your greatest ally Dear One, if only you would allow yourself the freedom to not be ruled by it.

There is you, and then there are your thoughts. They are not one in the same.

When your thoughts race Dear One – remember that the rest of you does not need to follow at the same pace.

All of the imbalance that exists in world Dear One, is a result of the imbalance that exists within each and every one of you.

If you would like to see, feel, experience more balance in the people, policies, and practices around you, start by restoring balance to yourself, and you will see your world immediately transformed as a result.

There are no levels Dear One, when it comes to the value of human life.

No one life is more valuable or less valuable than any other.

You are not more than or less than anyone.   And they are not more or less than you.

Whether or not you (or they) choose to believe it/choose to acknowledge it, you are all of equal value in they eyes of spirit.

The greatest measure of differentiation between you all Dear One, is the way in which you choose to value and respect each other and yourselves.

If you truly want change Dear One, you’re going to have to choose it.

There is nothing that any force in the universe can do to help you, if you are not ready to do that.

Do your choices match your desires Dear One?

• If you want more joy in your life, are you making choices that make you feel joyful?
• If you want more freedom, are you making choices that make you feel free?
• If you want more abundance, are you making choices that make you feel abundant?
• If you want more peace, are you making choices that make you feel peaceful?
• If you want more love, are you making choices that make you feel loved (and self love counts Dear One, a lot)?

So, how well do you match up?

Don’t spend your time waiting, pleading, bargaining, trying to convince them to have a change of heart Dear One.

The only heart that you have the power to change is your own.

You are not lacking in opportunities Dear One, trust us.  It’s just not possible.

There is infinite potential surrounding you at-all-times.  It is what the universe is made up of.

Don’t blame your boss, or your partner, or your neighbor, or your government, or anyone else for that matter, for limiting your opportunities.    They are not the one placing limitations on what is possible for you Dear One.  You are the only one that can do that.

Have you ever considered the fact that perhaps a lack of imagination, self confidence, desire or bravery is to blame, and not a lack of opportunity?

When you are ready for something new, when you are ready to reach for something new, you will.  And when you do, we think you will be pleasantly surprised to find that the greatest challenge you will be faced with at that time will be deciding which opportunity you are going to choose to indulge in first.

So, are you ready?
