What do you want to know about your soul’s agenda?

All questions submitted will be answered and all responses will be shared as a daily blog post for the benefit of us all. No names or personally identifiable information will be included in the post.

    On: The learning curve

When you are learning to do something new Dear One, either by choice or by necessity, you always have options available to you for how you are going to proceed:

    • You can choose to resist and proceed with frustration, resentment, impatience and regret for the task at hand
    • You can choose to allow and proceed with excitement, optimism, hope, and an open mind as you approach the challenge before you.

You can choose to focus on the work, effort and energy that will be required of you or you can choose to focus on the many new doors that will open for you a result.

In which direction are you going to lean Dear One?

Which option do you think is going to best serve you and bring you the greatest amount of joy as you learn?

    On: Everything

You can do it all Dear One.  You can experience it all.  You can do every single thing that is within you to do.

    Just not all at once.

Time exists for that very reason – to allow you to enjoy one physical reality at a time.

You will know the view/the experience of all at once soon enough Dear One.

But for now, enjoy yourself, one completely unpredictable, gloriously  unlimited, wonderfully unique, moment at a time.

    On: How to change

    Trust yourself Dear One.

Trust your heart. Trust your instincts.  Trust your abilities.  Trust your choices.

Allow change to come – without guilt, without struggle, without doubt, without fear.

Know that things will only get better and better with each passing day if you do – and they will!

    On: No judgment

Please, no judgment Dear One – not today.

    • Not of yourself
    • Not of your circumstances
    • Not of your loved ones
    • Not of those near to you
    • Not of those far from you
    • Not of anything or anyone

Make today a no judgment day.

Today, take your life and the people in it at face value.  Take yourself at face value.

Take it all in – just as it is – just as it appears to be – for one day.

No subtext. No questioning.  No projecting.  Nothing.  Just experience.

Today – it is what it is – they are who they are – you, are just you.

Do that today Dear One, and you will get a taste of an existence that is far less complex then the one that you have be living.

Who knows?  By the end of it,  you just might discover something valuable about yourself, or someone around you, as a result.

    On: Practicing forgiveness

Forgiveness is a skill worth practicing Dear One.

No one is good at it at first.  So don’t be hard on yourself when you discover that it does not come to you naturally.  Just know that the more you do it, the better you’ll get at it.

Believe us when we tell you that it is a skill worthy of your time and effort, worthy of mastering, something that will serve you well throughout the entirety of your life.

We want you to get good at it Dear One, really good.  Not for our benefit, but entirely for your own.    And the sooner you start practicing, the sooner you will begin to see your skills improve.

    Why not start today?

We are certain that you are not suffering from a shortage of opportunities to do so.

    On: The choice is yours

What thoughts would you like dominating your thinking today Dear One?

    • Thoughts of joy, love, trust, abundance, excitement, optimism, confidence or possibility?
    • Thoughts of failure, fear, lack, hurt, sadness, anger, dread, self loathing or limitation?

Just a reminder that the choice, as always, is yours.

    On: Asking for help

When you come to the realization that you are in need of help Dear One, ask for it – from source, from spirit, from an angel, from a friend, from a colleague, from your family, from a stranger.  Just ask.

It doesn’t matter who you ask, or how you ask as much as it matters THAT you ask.

Ask for whatever it is that you need Dear One.  Asking will help you get clear.

And as soon as you do, the very moment that you finish asking – start looking for it to show up for you.  Because by the time you are done asking, help will already be on its way.

Just don’t forget to keep an eye out for it, and accept it when it gets there.

    On: Guilt

    Guilt serves to accomplish only two things Dear One;

    • Inflict punishment onto yourself
    • Inflict punishment onto another

    That’s it.  Nothing more.

Guilt does not absolve you of anything.

It solves nothing. It heals nothing. It changes nothing.

    When it comes to dealing with feelings of guilt Dear One, you really have only two choices;

    • Forgive yourself
    • Don’t forgive yourself

While you are deciding which is the right choice for you, keep this in mind – you will never be able to punish yourself, or anyone else enough to undo that which has been done, – and with forgiveness, all things are possible.
