On: Choosing your words wisely

By |2020-12-21T22:43:07-05:00December 21st, 2020|English|

What are you going to choose to talk about today, Dear One?

  • The things that you love or the things that you hate?
  • The things that you have or the things that you don’t?
  • The things that make you feel strong or the things that make you feel weak?
  • The parts of you that are hurting or the parts that are healing?

The story that you tell is the story that you create.

So, what words will you use in the telling?  What are you going to choose to create for yourself today?

On: Who’s better than you?

The only thing that makes their path more significant than yours, their contributions more valuable than yours, their successes more important than yours, their accomplishments more meaningful than yours, Dear One, is you deeming it so.

Nothing more.

On: Feeling out of sorts

When your behaviors are no longer serving you Dear One, when they stop yielding the desired results, when your actions are no longer in alignment with your thoughts, feelings,
and desires – don’t start doubting yourself, your choices, your abilities, or your judgment. Don’t get angry, frustrated, or hopeless.  Don’t start looking for something or someone to blame.

Instead, try remembering that life is constantly changing, and so are you.

If the beliefs, routines, rituals, patterns and behaviors that brought you comfort, security, health, relief and joy yesterday, do not do so today – it may simply be time to change them.

On: Ending disappointment

If someone that you love Dear One, is not living up to your expectations of them, instead of being disappointed, instead of trying to change them, instead of trying to fix them, instead of trying to force yourself to stop loving them in order to put an end to your unhappiness, why not simply change your expectation of them instead?

On: Don’t you forget it

You are not doing this alone Dear One.

We are right here with you every step of the way.

Guiding you.  Helping you.  Hearing you.  Loving you. Cheering you on.

Every minute of every day.

Don’t you forget it.

Regardless of what you may think, regardless of what you may feel, you are most definitely not doing this alone.

If you need our help Dear One, all you need to do is ask.

On: More than enough

By |2020-12-14T23:19:43-05:00December 14th, 2020|English|

How can you be sure that you will always have enough love in your life Dear One?

That’s easy.

Love yourself enough.  Love yourself totally, completely and unconditionally. Love everything about you.  Love every part of who you are.

We do.

And here’s the best part.

When you do this Dear One, when you choose to love yourself enough, then all of the love that they have for you, any amount of love that they are able to shine your way, will be more than enough!

How great is that?

On: Choosing with confidence

By |2020-12-13T23:01:15-05:00December 13th, 2020|English|

It is so much easier to make a decision Dear One, when you are clear on what it is that you want, on what direction you want to be moving in.

Choosing is not meant to be a guessing game.

So, if you are stuck, if you are unclear as to what choice you want to make next, what action you want to take next, how you want to respond, here are a few simple questions to help you to figure it out.

Ask yourself:

  • Do I want to love more or less in this moment?
  • Do I want to trust more or less in this moment?
  • Do I want to connect more or less in this moment?
  • Do I want to be more or less compassionate in this moment?
  • Do I want to be more or less brave in this moment?
  • Do I want to be more or less creative in this moment?
  • Do I want to be more or less confident in this moment?
  • Do I want to be more or less trustworthy in this moment?
  • Do I want to play it safe or take a risk in this moment?

Does that help?

Are you ready to choose now, Dear One?

On: When to just take it

By |2020-12-13T00:13:19-05:00December 13th, 2020|English|

If you come across an opportunity to be kind today, Dear One, take it.

If you come across an opportunity to be gracious, take it.

If you come across any opportunity in your day to be compassionate, generous, forgiving, loving, supportive, encouraging, or strong Dear One, we implore you to please take it.

Why?

Because it is the very best way we can think of to demonstrate to you just what a powerful creator you really are.
