On: When to compromise

By |2019-01-27T22:24:57-05:00January 27th, 2019|English|

The time to compromise Dear One, is not when you are feeling compromised, weak, ill, needy, or out of sorts.

That is the time for you to practice radical self-love.

And while we understand that choosing to do so may feel like the selfish choice to you, especially because it means that you are potentially letting someone else down when they need you, we can assure you, that it most definitely is not.

Choosing to practice radical self-love when you are not functioning at full strength, is actually the most selfless thing that you can do to serve the greatest good of all parties involved.

Here’s why:

  1. It will help you to heal and regain your strength as quickly as possible so that you will once again be in a position to be able to confidently and generously share your energy with those around you.
  2. It will give them an excellent model to follow so they can begin doing the same for themselves.

On: Getting unstuck

By |2019-01-26T22:33:29-05:00January 26th, 2019|English|

Do you want to know how to get unstuck Dear One?

Move.

Make a choice.

Take an action.

Move.

Physically, emotionally, spiritually.

Doesn’t matter where you start.  Pick your point of least resistance if you would like.

Move one and you will be creating room, opening up space for movement to occur across them all.

On: No regrets

By |2019-01-25T23:06:52-05:00January 25th, 2019|English|

Only the truly brave are able to recognize their mistakes, misjudgments, and misconceptions, learn from them, forgive them, let them go, and continue on with their journey – whole – without leaving a piece of themselves behind – without paying the price of regret.

Please remember Dear One that regret is a choice, not a necessity.

Everyone makes mistakes.

But not everyone is brave enough to learn from them and let them go.

Are you?

(We believe that you are.  But all that really matters is what you believe.)

On: No worries

By |2019-01-24T21:46:57-05:00January 24th, 2019|English|

You can’t worry your way to health Dear One.

You can’t worry your way to success, abundance, joy, security, or love either.

No matter how much of your heart you put into it, no matter how deeply you commit yourself to it, worry is never going to get you to where you want to go.

We are not telling you this to encourage you to ignore your feelings Dear One.

We are telling you this to remind you that focusing your attention on something more productive might be a much better use of your time.

On: A tall order

By |2019-01-23T20:44:44-05:00January 23rd, 2019|English|

Trust yourself Dear One.  Trust your heart.  Always.

We know that sometimes that can be a difficult thing for you to do, especially when you feel as though you have sufficient evidence proving that doing so in the past has gotten you into trouble, has steered you in the wrong direction.

But what if we told you, that it just wasn’t true.  What if we told you that all of those experiences that you have had trusting your heart, the ones that did not work out the way that you wanted them to, the way that you thought they would, had in fact turned out exactly the way that you needed them to.

What if we told you that?

Your heart always, always, always knows Dear One.

Trusting it will always, always, always serve you better than not trusting it ever will.

On: Some good reasons to quit

By |2019-01-22T23:21:33-05:00January 22nd, 2019|English|

What are some good reasons for you to quit, Dear One?

Frustration, fear, insecurity, discomfort, uncertainty, anger, sadness, doubt, distrust, jealousy, anguish, ambiguity, pain, or despair.

None of these qualify.

So what does?

Any reason that stems from a source of strength, determination, confidence, honesty, clarity, or complete understanding.

Any reason that serves to consciously and intentionally bring you closer to that which is wanted, and not simply farther away from that which is not.

So what do you think now?

Are the reasons you had in mind good enough?

On: Before you choose

By |2019-01-21T23:40:22-05:00January 21st, 2019|English|

Before you choose Dear One, we would like to ask you to first remember why it is that you are here.

It is not to tie up one more loose end, to make more money, or to lose 5 more lbs.. It is not to complete the items on one more to-do list. It is not to prove a point – when you believe that you are right and that they are wrong. It is not to beat yourself up – when you believe that they are right and that you are wrong.

You are here to live your life and have an experience of being alive. You are here to feel, to create, connect, risk, love, laugh, cry, learn and trust. You are here to choose, decide, and know the depths to which you can experience joy. You are here to have an adventure and to discover who and what you really are and what you are capable of.

Remember that Dear One, and then choose.

On: What are your options?

By |2019-01-21T00:00:08-05:00January 21st, 2019|English|

Whatever it is that is bothering you Dear One, whatever it is that you are struggling with, deal with it/face it/confront it or choose to let it go.

Those are really the only two options available to you that will ever serve you in any positive way.

All others; anger, resentment, denial, rationalization, self pity, self righteousness, and so on,  will only serve to prolong, intensify or increase your suffering.

On: Your priorities

By |2019-01-19T22:58:00-05:00January 19th, 2019|English|

The moment that you decide that you and your needs are a priority Dear One – the universe will conspire to prioritize you as well, as will those around you.

Remember, they are all taking their lead from you.

On: Second opinions

By |2019-01-19T00:11:27-05:00January 19th, 2019|English|

When it comes to determining your worth, your value, your perception of yourself Dear One, all that really matters, all that will ever really matter, is what you think of you, is your opinion of you.

You can ask for a second opinion, but we don’t think that it is going to be of much help to you.

What they think of you only matters if you agree with them.

Which brings it all right back to you again.

We think that you are amazing Dear One, that you are creative, powerful, and capable of doing, being or having anything that you want in this life.

But our opinion means nothing, unless you agree with us.

So, what do you think of you?
