On: Where to go from here

By |2018-07-15T23:35:46-04:00July 15th, 2018|English|

  • The world needs you here Dear One, in the present moment, as this is the only place from where you can effect real change.
  • Your friends and family need you here too, as this is the only place from where they can truly benefit from your love.
  • Your physical body needs you here, as this is the only place from where it can heal and grow stronger.
  • And we need you here, as this is the place where our connection is  and always will be the strongest.

So where do you go from here, Dear One?

We are hoping that by now, the answer would be clear.

On: Absolutes

By |2018-07-13T23:39:47-04:00July 13th, 2018|English|

The trouble Dear One is that you think that you live in a world of absolutes. And you don’t. The world does not work that way. There are no absolutes in life – except one.

The one thing that you can always absolutely rely on is the fact that you will always have a choice. Always, always, always do you have options, in every single situation. Every one – without fail.

Whenever you feel frustrated, helpless, trapped or as if you are moving in the wrong direction – stop and remind yourself that there are choices available to you in that moment. If the thoughts that you are thinking are not bringing you joy – choose different ones. If the company that you are keeping is not pleasurable for you – change it. If you have set standards for yourself that you consistently find yourself falling short of, and feeling badly about, change them.

It can be just that simple Dear One, if you choose to allow it to be so.

On: They are coming

By |2018-07-12T23:28:42-04:00July 12th, 2018|English|

There are monumental opportunities headed your way Dear One, right now.

While you are busy trying to decide what you want them to be, what they should look like, and whether or not you are ready for them, they are coming anyway.

The only say that you really have in the matter is whether or not you are going to choose to recognize them, acknowledge them,  embrace and accept them when they arrive.

But they are coming Dear One.  Of that you can be sure. There really is no stopping them.

So, keep an eye out.

On: What does self-love look like?

By |2018-07-11T22:38:03-04:00July 11th, 2018|English|

How do you treat someone that you love, Dear One?

  • Do you call them stupid when they make a mistake?
  • Do you call them unattractive when they gain a few pounds?
  • Do you call them a loser for coming in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or last even?
  • Do you tell them that they are a failure when things don’t work out as planned?
  • Do you judge them for not making more money?
  • Do you think less of them when they are tired, stressed, or not well?

Do you see where we are going with this?

On: Paying your respects

By |2018-07-10T00:15:58-04:00July 10th, 2018|English|

Do you want to know what you can do to pay your respects to source today Dear One, to honor spirit, prana, light, energy, God, consciousness, whatever you should choose to call it?

We’ll tell you.

Honor yourself and acknowledge your own divinity, with every choice, with every decision, with every word that you speak and action that you take.

We can think of no greater gesture that you could make.

On: What would we do?

By |2018-07-08T21:46:09-04:00July 8th, 2018|English|

If we were you Dear One, we would not think about, talk about, or give any of our energy or attention to any of the things around us that displeased us, frustrated us, angered us, upset us, caused us discomfort, pain, distress, or pissed us off.

We would instead choose to focus all of our attention on those things that pleased us, that felt good to us, that brought us joy, pleasure, and happiness, that inspired us, motivated us, and helped us to feel loved, useful, connected and grateful.

We are not suggesting you turn a blind eye to all of your problems, and all the problems in the world around you. We are simply suggesting that you consider the possibility that choosing to focus on their solutions instead would perhaps be a more pleasant and productive use of your time.

You can choose to focus your attention on that which makes you feel badly if you want to Dear One, but you should know that that would not be the choice that we would make if we were you.

On: A win-win scenario

By |2018-07-07T23:12:12-04:00July 7th, 2018|English|

Act courageously today Dear One.

Do something that you have been afraid to do. Say something that you have been afraid to say. Decide not to let the fear of rejection, embarrassment, or failure stop you.

And at the end of the day, regardless of the outcome, celebrate the fact that you did it.

On: The future

By |2018-07-06T21:34:53-04:00July 6th, 2018|English|

Your choices, your decisions, your actions in the present moment are creating your future Dear One.

In what direction do you want to go with your life?  What future are you trying to create for yourself?

  • Is it one filled with work that frustrates you?
  • Is it one filled with insecurity and uncertainly in your relationships?
  • Is it one filled with anger, lack and fear?
  • Is it one filled with balance and awareness?
  • Is it one filled with health and stamina?
  • Is it one filled with joy, meaning, contentment and happiness?

It is your happiness on the line.  It is your body.  It is your time.

Choose wisely Dear One.  Your future depends on it.

On: Handling it all on your own

By |2018-07-06T00:04:23-04:00July 6th, 2018|English|

Yes, you are strong Dear One, and you do not need to pretend not to be to ask for help, or support, or for someone to lend a hand, or just keep you company.

Just because you can handle it all on your own doesn’t mean that you have to.

If you don’t feel like doing it alone, exercise that strength of yours Dear One, and ask for what you want, just because.
