On: They are coming

By |2026-02-14T00:00:19-05:00February 14th, 2026|English|

There are monumental opportunities headed your way, Dear One, right now.

While you are busy trying to decide what you want them to be, what they should look like, and whether or not you are ready for them, they are coming anyway.

The only say that you really have in the matter is whether or not you are going to choose to recognize them, acknowledge them,  embrace and accept them when they arrive.

But they are coming.  Of that you can be sure. There really is no stopping them.

So, keep an eye out.

On: When things don’t go as planned

By |2026-02-13T00:52:44-05:00February 13th, 2026|English|

The next time that you find yourself feeling angry, frustrated, fearful, anxious or lost, Dear One, when things don’t go according to plan, we want you to ask yourself, which you are more committed to, the experience of the journey or the path?

On: If we were you

By |2026-02-12T01:12:53-05:00February 12th, 2026|English|

If we were you, Dear One, we would not think about, talk about, or give the majority of our energy or attention to the things around us that displeased us, frustrated us, angered us, upset us, caused us discomfort, pain, distress, or pissed us off.

We would instead choose to focus our attention on those things that pleased us, that felt good to us, that brought us joy, pleasure, and happiness, that inspired us, motivated us, and helped us to feel loved, useful, connected and grateful.

We are not suggesting you turn a blind eye to all of your problems, and all the problems in the world around you. We are simply suggesting that you consider the possibility that choosing to focus on their solutions instead would perhaps be a more pleasant and productive use of your time.

You can choose to focus your attention on that which makes you feel badly if you want to, Dear One, but you should know that that would not be the choice that we would make, if we were you.

On: Getting to know yourself better

By |2026-02-10T00:28:43-05:00February 10th, 2026|English|

Do you want to know one of the best ways for you to get to know yourself better, Dear One?

Slow down, take your time, put in the effort, and get to know them better.

Find out who they really are. Find out what they really feel, think, and believe. Find out why they do what they do and why they say what they say.

Get personal.

By taking the time to get to know the real them, instead of spending your time interacting with some superficial version of who you think they are, you will  be tapping  into a wealth of information about yourself.

Your feelings about them, your reactions to them, your response to the real them, will reveal a lot to you about the real you.

They are worth the extra time and effort of getting to know better, Dear One, if you believe that you are.

On: A little encouragement

By |2026-02-09T01:32:49-05:00February 9th, 2026|English|

Why are we always encouraging you to look for the best in every situation, Dear One?

Because doing so feels so much better than not doing so.

And the better you feel, the better things get.

That’s why.

On: Useful contributions

By |2026-02-08T00:56:42-05:00February 8th, 2026|English|

When there is no balance, Dear One, if you are not in a balanced state, nothing you create, nothing you contribute, will be balanced.

(You create chaos when you create chaotically.)

Now that you know this, now that this is well understood, the next thing that we tell you will make a whole lot more sense and will be a whole lot easier for you to consider.

No matter how much you have to do today, no matter how long your to-do list, no matter how rushed you feel, or how rushed they are making you feel, find balance first, Dear One. Find your center first.

Then and only then will you be in a position to make a useful contribution, to move forward productively, in a way that you can feel proud of, in a way that you will feel good about.

On: Are you feeling it?

By |2026-02-07T00:43:32-05:00February 7th, 2026|English|

We are all connected, Dear One; you, we, us, them, source, air, light, water, earth, everything, all of it, all the time.

We are all a part of the same magnificent whole.

You can choose to tell yourself a story of isolation, separation, and disconnection if you would like.

Or, you can choose to tell yourself a different story and feel the connection, with anyone, anything, everything, anywhere, anyplace, anytime you would like.

It’s totally and completely up to you.

On: Reducing your suffering

By |2026-02-06T00:47:01-05:00February 6th, 2026|English|

If your goal is to extend your suffering, Dear One, to make it worse, add to it, expand upon it, and invite as many people as you possible can to join you in it, then by all means keep talking about it, beating yourself up about it, focusing on it, and judging yourself harshly for whatever it is that you believe that you have done or have had done to you, to bring it about.

But, if what you want is to find relief from it, heal from it, improve upon it, distance yourself from it, change it for the better, move past it, and in every way possible, get over it as quickly as you possibly can, then you’re going to want to stop doing all of those things and choose positive, loving, compassionate, hopeful and forgiving words, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors instead.

On: Avoiding mediocrity

By |2026-02-05T00:07:11-05:00February 5th, 2026|English|

You are the only one who can choose mediocrity for yourself, Dear One.

You are the only one who can choose to settle for less than you want, less than you deserve.

If you want better than that for yourself, you’re going to have to choose better than that for yourself.
