You are not meant to already have all of the answers, Dear One.

You are meant to discover them through the experience of living.

That is what you are here for.

So cut yourself a little slack today, okay?

Once you come to realize/recognize/remember/accept, Dear One, that healing / balance / alignment IS the point, the whole point of your journey, nothing ordinary will ever not feel extraordinary again.

If what you want is more of the same, Dear One, keep right on doing, saying, thinking, behaving, and believing exactly what you have been.

But if what you want is something different, you’re going to have to trust yourself enough to make the other choice this time.

We know that you know exactly what that is.

What we don’t know yet, is if today is going to be the day that you allow yourself to choose it.

But we can’t wait to find out.

How do you know if you should just let it go, Dear One?

Ask yourself; is investing your energy in this emotion, in this relationship, in this exchange, in this conflict, in this fight, a worthwhile investment for you?

That is how you know.

Making the decision to be brave, Dear One, to act bravely, is far from a risky decision.

In fact, it is probably one of the safest decisions that you can make.

Why?

Because being brave requires you to trust, and in order to trust you must connect with your heart, listen to what it has to say, and allow it to guide you.

What could be safer than that?

You want to play it safe, Dear One?

Connect, trust, and take the leap.

You can choose to say goodbye Dear One, to all of the people, places, ideas, and beliefs in your life that no longer serve you, and mean it, and make room for something new, or you can decide to make a different choice.

But either way, in every moment, you must choose, you are choosing, to say goodbye or to hold on.

In this moment… what’s it going to be?

What are you going to choose to do with whatever it is that you are facing right now?

Let it go, or continue to hold on?

Action without faith, Dear One, without vision, can never lead you anywhere, except back to where you started.

Don’t settle today, Dear One, for anything or anyone, no matter what.

Never settle for anything less than what you want.

Why?

Because the universe has placed no cap on your potential – on what you can do, be or have – on just how far you can go.

So there is absolutely no good reason why you should either.

FACT:

• Doubt breeds doubt
• Confidence breeds confidence

If you stopped second guessing yourself, Dear One, for every single thing you do, and every single choice you make, and every single feeling you have, you just might find yourself having much less reason to do so.

Once you realize that you are the one calling the shots, Dear One, that you are the one determining the quality of your experiences by choosing healing responses to them, everything changes.

• Your feelings are telling you where you are, not where you will always remain.

• The discomfort is the injury. The discomfit is showing you the parts that need healing.

• The goal is not to try and live a life that avoids all discomfort. The goal is to live a life in which you embrace and apply the wisdom that allows you to continually transcend it.

And how do you do that?

By realizing that you are the one calling the shots, that you are the one determining the quality of your experiences by choosing healing responses to them.
