On: What to believe

By |2017-12-15T15:19:38-05:00December 15th, 2017|English|

In this moment Dear One, that which is for your greatest good is for you to trust us when we tell you that what is best for you is for you to start believing in yourself.

  • Believe that you can do it all
  • Believe that you can have it all
  • Believe that you can let it go
  • Believe that the answers will come
  • Believe that everything is going to work out
  • Believe that forward is the right direction for you to be moving

Why should you believe us when we tell you all this Dear One?

Because it’s true.

On: The price of admission

By |2017-12-14T03:42:31-05:00December 14th, 2017|English|

Sometimes a little turbulence can be the price of admission Dear One.

When you begin to tread a new path, one that you have never taken before, know that the ground might feel rough, bumpy or uneven to you at first.  It may continue to feel that way until you cross over it a couple of times, clear out a path, make an impression, and become familiar with your new surroundings.

Bumps in the road do not mean that you are going the wrong way.  They do not mean that you have chosen incorrectly, made a wrong turn or that you need to go back.   Sometimes they are just the experiences that come along with going somewhere you have never gone before.

If the road gets bumpy, when you are traveling a path that you felt guided to travel, don’t doubt Dear One, trust, get excited, because the turbulence that you are feeling may very well be the entry point into someplace new.  You just may be on the verge of discovering the very thing that you have been searching for, that you have been asking for.

How do you know for sure?

You listen to your heart, you trust your instincts, you have faith in yourself and all that brought you to this point.

And then, if you should feel so inclined, you leap.

On: It’s all in your head

By |2017-12-13T16:40:55-05:00December 13th, 2017|English|

Your reality is fluid Dear One. It molds itself quite readily and precisely around the shape of your beliefs.

When we say to you that it is all in your head, we are most definitely not saying to you that it isn’t real.

Quite the contrary actually.

What we are saying in fact is that if it is in your head Dear One, it will undoubtedly be a part of your reality in the very near future.

Your mind is a powerful creator, so it is important for you to remember that it will always be in your very interest to remain mindful of what you keep in there at all times.

On: What are you going to do now?

By |2017-12-12T03:27:56-05:00December 12th, 2017|English|

Why trouble yourself so much with should-haves, would-haves and could-haves Dear One, when you know very well that in the present moment, anything is possible?

But just in case you had forgotten, it would be our great pleasure to remind you that what you didn’t do then, is and always will be of so much less significance than what you are going to do now.

On: Hearing your heart

By |2017-12-11T04:20:48-05:00December 11th, 2017|English|

Your heart does not have an off switch Dear One.

It is always speaking to you. It is always guiding you. It is always showing you the way.

If you should find yourself in a place where all you can hear is the voice in your head, the voice of fear, insecurity, doubt, judgment, concern, guilt, lack, or despair, it is does not mean that your heart has shut down, it does not mean that it has stopped reaching out to you. It is just a reflection of what you are giving your attention to.

The voice that you give your attention to Dear One, is the one that you will hear the loudest.

If you want to turn the volume back up on your heart, so that you can hear it loud and clear, so that it is the dominant voice within you, simply choose to give your undivided attention to it.

Do this and it won’t take long before all of the other rumblings you hear within you become nothing more than a faint and distant murmur in the background.

On: Your life

By |2017-12-10T03:52:32-05:00December 10th, 2017|English|

This is your life Dear One.

  • Love it
  • Hate it
  • Enjoy it
  • Waste it
  • Share it
  • Hoard it
  • Embrace it
  • Fear it
  • Celebrate it
  • Worry it away

What you do with it is totally and completely up to you.

How you respond to the events in it is totally and completely up to you.

How you react to the people in it is totally and completely up to you.

Not them Dear One.

You.

Just you.

On: Taking good care of yourself

By |2023-06-06T22:04:05-04:00December 8th, 2017|English|

Taking good care of yourself does not mean pushing yourself to extremes Dear One, to do all that you want to do, and be all that you want you to be.  And it also does not mean sheltering yourself from challenges, protecting yourself from your fears, giving up, quitting, or walking away when things get tough either.

Taking good care of yourself means always remembering to love yourself enough to choose balance, to choose joy, to choose patience and compassion in every moment, knowing that doing so will not inhibit your progress along your path but will actually hasten it.

On: Hurting less

By |2017-12-07T04:26:36-05:00December 7th, 2017|English|

Why struggle, when you can allow Dear One?

Why pretend when you can be truthful?

Why fight when you can accomplish so much more by connecting?

Why be hard on yourself, when you can choose to be loving, caring, nurturing, and supportive of yourself instead?

You can’t stop all hurts from ever reaching you Dear One, but you can stop making them worse for yourself when they do.

On: When things don’t go as planned

By |2017-12-06T03:30:43-05:00December 6th, 2017|English|

The next time that you find yourself feeling angry, frustrated, fearful, anxious or lost Dear One, when things don’t go according to plan, we want you to ask yourself, which you are more committed to, the experience of the journey or the path?

On: Avoiding pain

By |2017-12-05T03:29:26-05:00December 5th, 2017|English|

As hard as it might be to believe Dear One, pain is not a punishment.  It is a teacher, a guide, a friend to you.  Its purpose in your life is not to hurt you, harm you, discourage you, frighten you, or weaken you. Quite the contrary actually.

Pain Dear One, is a call for love, is a call for attention, it is a call for healing, growth, and expansion.  Pain is a teacher with a valuable message for you and it is not something to be avoided.  It is something to be acknowledged and embraced.

Run from pain and you will spend an eternity pressed up against an all too familiar wall that you are quite capable of walking around, climbing over, or breaking through.
