Your reality is fluid Dear One. It molds itself quite readily and precisely around the shape of your beliefs.

When we say to you that it is all in your head, we are most definitely not saying to you that it isn’t real.

Quite the contrary actually.

What we are saying in fact is that if it is in your head Dear One, it will undoubtedly be a part of your reality in the very near future.

Your mind is a powerful creator, so it is important for you to remember that it will alway be in your very interest to remain mindful of what you keep in there at all times.

Friend, boyfriend, lover, wife, spouse, partner, neighbor, sister, brother, cousin, best friend, confidant, significant other, soul mate, buddy, companion, associate, cohort or chum.  

You have lots of ways of defining, categorizing and labeling your relationships Dear One.  And we realize that these measures can be greatly varied, intricately complicated, highly emotional, and hold a great deal of significance for you.   We know that they strongly influence and in some cases totally determine how you act towards someone, how you think, feel and react around them, and your expectations of them.   We get it. We really do understand.

But from where we are standing there truly is only one measure by which all relationships are defined, categorized and labeled — and that measure Dear One, is the amount of love shared.

As we see it, how you choose to define a relationship is so much less significant than the amount of love that you choose to bring to it and allow yourself to experience within it.

So, what is in a name Dear One?

As far as we are concerned, as long as there is love there, not a whole hell of a lot.

An artist, painting, writing, sculpting, composing, inventing, sketching, designing a piece of art Dear One, can make no wrong move, they can make no wrong choice in the creation of their work – because it is theirs.

It can be big or small, round or square, tall or short, fat or thin, loud or soft, fast or slow, red or blue, you get the idea. It doesn’t matter. There is no “right” answer when it comes to creating art. There is only choice and preference.

And the same is true of life Dear One – there is no “right” answer when it comes to living your life.

Regardless of your vocation, education, skills, experience, sense of color and style, and ability to carry a tune, you are an artist. And your world, the reality that you perceive, is your canvas.

Today, we are going to encourage you to add to it.

Paint, dance, write, risk, create, try, fail, love, live, laugh, cry, speak up, contribute, experience Dear One, every chance that you get, knowing that you can’t get it wrong, knowing that you can’t fail.

From our perspective, from where we are sitting, as long as you are creating, as long as you adding to the picture, you are succeeding, you are doing what you have come forth to do.

So pick up your pen, your paintbrush, your chisel, open your eyes, your heart, your mind, your mouth, and get to it Dear One.

Create.

Succeed.

You are blessed Dear One, even when you are suffering.

You are divine, even when you don’t succeed.

You are a beautiful, even when your body is weak, your skin is blemished, and your heart is broken.

You are precious, even when you are without abundance

You are loved, even when you are alone.

You are what you are Dear One, and there is absolutely nothing that you can do, there is  absolutely nothing that they can do to you, that is ever going to change that.

The only place that fear exists Dear One, is in your mind.

• Does that make it any less real?
• Does that make it any less powerful?
• Does that make it any less of a limiting, halting, or destructive force in your life?

The answer is yes, it does, if that is what you decide.

Be patient Dear One.

• Not because it is a virtue
• Not because we are asking you to
• Not because it is the adult, polite, enlightened or spiritual thing to do

We want you to be patient Dear One, because the energy of impatience only serves to hold you apart from all of the things that you have been wanting, needing, hoping, and praying for.

How much light you have in your life Dear One, how connected you are to source, is entirely up to you.

We, consciousness, guidance, spirit, source, are not more available to you on some days and less available to you on others.   We are not more available to some people and less available to others.

We are equally available to all, like the sun, and from our perspective, there are no rainy days.

The openness of your heart Dear One, your ability to trust, is what determines the amount of light in your life, how connected you are to your source.  Nothing more and nothing less.

You can choose to open up the shades a little and let a small amount of light in, or you can choose to open them up all the way and let the light pour in all around you.

Just how bright would you like it to be today Dear One?

If you really want to be helpful today Dear One, do things that make you smile, that bring you pleasure, that bring you joy.

When you are happy, you are in a far stronger position to help those around you then you are when you choose to sacrifice your own well being for theirs, regardless of how good your intentions may be.

Don’t fight your heart Dear One, follow it.

Lay down your sword.

There are some battles that are just not worth winning.

You’ll find peace Dear One, the moment that you accept that it already exists within you.
