On: Nothing and Everything

By |2013-01-11T22:15:56-05:00January 11th, 2013|English|

Becoming aware of who you really are Dear One, understanding, trusting, believing, that you are a spirit having a physical experience, that you are a divine part of all that is, that you are an essential piece of the whole, that you connected to everything and everyone, that you have the power to create worlds within  you, changes nothing.

  • Who you are will remain the same
  • Your face will not look any different
  • Your gifts and talents will remain exactly as they are
  • Your world will still be round
  • You will still need to get up each day and tend to your physical and emotional needs

Come to accept who you really are Dear One and nothing will change, except for your perception of what is, your belief of what can be, your understanding of your connection to all things, your awareness of how you are creating your world, and your experience of everything in it.

Everything will remain exactly the same Dear One, and yet nothing will ever be the same again.

Are you ready?

On: Prioritizing you

By |2013-01-09T23:54:02-05:00January 9th, 2013|English|

Indulging in feelings of guilt, remorse or regret for choosing to take care of yourself Dear One, is like indulging in a hot fudge Sunday as a reward for eating less sugar.

You don’t need our help to get past this one.  What you need is reassurance that it is OK, essential even, for you to make yourself the priority in your own life.

And you’ve got it!

Now the only question that remains is, are you going to grant yourself the permission to believe it?

On: The wrong size

By |2013-01-07T21:11:29-05:00January 7th, 2013|English|

If you are feeling tight, restricted, tense, frustrated, boxed in, or cut off Dear One, it is very likely that it is because you are living a life that is entirely too small for you.

The remedy to this malady is a simple one:

  • Remember that there is no limit to what is possible for you, no box you must fit in to, no plan you must adhere to, no path you must follow.
  • Take a deep breath.  Expand your lungs. Unclench your fists hands.  Widen your eyes. Open your mind.  Open you heart.  And trust, believe what we are telling you is true.
  • And then dream bigger, and allow your world to expand.

On: Making the right impression

By |2013-01-07T00:30:13-05:00January 7th, 2013|English|

Don’t waste your precious time trying to make the right impression Dear One.  Never mind what impression others have of you.

No matter how hard you try, no matter how much you plan, no matter how much effort you put into it, no matter how careful you are, you will never be able to control what anyone else says, thinks or feels about you.

Anyway, making the right impression (or the wrong one), is so much less important then the mark that you leave behind.

Do your actions, choices and words elevate others?  Do they motivate?  Do they comfort?  Do they console?  Do they relieve?  Do they inspire?  Do they add levity? Do they demonstrate compassion, tolerance and forgiveness?  Do they bring joy?  Do you feel good about them?

Who cares what they think of you Dear One.

What do you think of you?

THAT is the only impression that you should ever really care about.

On: A bad day

By |2013-01-05T23:42:04-05:00January 5th, 2013|English|

Trust us Dear One, it won’t last.  Experience has already taught you that it never does.

The quicker that you can remember to get back to doing/choosing/focusing your attention on those things that are right, those things that you love, that bring you joy, that incite laughter, that inspire feelings of gratitude, hope, creativity, excitement, levity, anticipation, excitement within you, the quicker it will pass.

How long it will take to do so, is entirely up to you.

On: Where to find it

By |2013-01-03T21:52:08-05:00January 3rd, 2013|English|

Guidance, source, spirit, light, is always with you Dear One, it is always available to you.

You are a part of it and it is a part of you.  It is within and around you at all times.  You are swimming in it.  You came from it and you will return to it.

You can choose not to acknowledge it.  You can choose to resist it.  You can choose to tell stories that support an illusion of disconnection from it.

But you can never be without it.

So if you are looking for it Dear One, know that you don’t have to look far.

On: Your focal point

By |2013-01-02T22:02:45-05:00January 2nd, 2013|English|

Why choose to focus your attention on the circumstances, people, projects, events and details that you don’t like, want, need or enjoy Dear One, when you can choose to focus on those that you do like, want, need and enjoy instead?

(Just a small reminder that you do have a choice.)
