On: A lesson on letting go, quickly

By |2022-11-08T23:44:23-05:00November 8th, 2022|English|

You want to learn how to let it go, Dear One, quickly?

We’ll tell you how it’s done.

You don’t do it by force. And you don’t do it with distractions.

You don’t do it by dismissing your feelings, trying to rationalize them away, or by punishing yourself for having picked them up in the first place either.

You do it by remembering that every thought that you think, word that you speak, action that you take, and belief that you maintain, is attracting more of exactly the same directly to you, every minute, of every hour, every day that you think it, speak it, do it, or believe it.

That’s how.

On: Before you choose

By |2022-11-08T00:31:39-05:00November 8th, 2022|English|

Before you choose, Dear One, we would like to ask you to first remember why it is that you are here.

It is not to tie up one more loose end, to make more money, or to lose 5 more lbs.. It is not to complete the items on one more to-do list. It is not to prove a point – when you believe that you are right and that they are wrong. It is not to beat yourself up – when you believe that they are right and that you are wrong.

You are here to live your life and have an experience of being alive. You are here to feel, to create, connect, risk, love, laugh, cry, learn and trust. You are here to choose, decide, and know the depths to which you can experience joy. You are here to have an adventure and to discover who and what you really are and what you are capable of.

Remember that first, Dear One, and then choose.

On: Run don’t walk

By |2022-11-06T21:28:51-05:00November 6th, 2022|English|

Run, don’t walk, towards any preference you discover for yourself, Dear One.  Embrace it fully, enjoy it totally and completely, with full abandon.  Why?  Because there is absolutely no reason for you not to. And because life is meant to enjoyed.  That’s why.

On: When you are hurting

By |2022-11-05T23:05:50-04:00November 5th, 2022|English|

When you are hurting, Dear One, when you are in pain, please remember this; you have come to this place to heal this place.

You did not end up here because you did something wrong. You did not end up here because you are being punished. You did not end up here because you are being tested, tortured, or asked to prove yourself.

You ended up here Dear One, for one reason and one reason only, because you are being given an opportunity to heal.

On: What defines you

By |2022-11-05T00:02:09-04:00November 5th, 2022|English|

We are always so sorry to see you struggling, Dear One. We are always so sorry to see you in pain.

But what we are not sorry for is the strength that you are building, and the perspective that you are gaining as a result.

Would you want to discourage someone from working out so that they could avoid the discomfort that may come with building muscle?

If you did that Dear One, if you were to avoid all movement, all challenges, all experiences that could result in pain, both your body and your life would be greatly lacking in definition.

On: Finding people who “get” you

By |2022-11-04T00:09:58-04:00November 4th, 2022|English|

Do you want to know how to find someone who “gets you”, Dear One?
Do you want to know what you need to do to surround yourself with more people who really “get” who you are?

We’ll tell you.

Don’t go in search of them. Don’t exert a great amount of time, energy and effort seeking them out.  There is no need.

Just be yourself.  Reveal more of yourself, of who you really are to the world around you and all of the people in it, in everything that you do, as often as you possibly can, and they will find you!

On: Your cycles

By |2022-11-03T00:04:51-04:00November 3rd, 2022|English|

When the sun comes up in the morning, you know this is a part of a cycle, Dear One.  When the sun sets in the evening, you know this too is part of the same cycle. You do not wonder when the sun disappears at the end of the day if it will rise again the next.  You count on it doing so and act accordingly.

Like the rising and setting of the sun, there are certain cycles that are always at play in your life. Can you spot them? Are there cycles in your romantic relationships, your creativity, your physicality, your friendships, your work?

When it gets dark in the evenings you adjust to that stage of the sun’s cycle.  You have learned to accept and adapt to periods of darkness without fear.  You behave differently during them than you might when the sun is bright. One stage is not better or worse than the other, but each is more or less ideal for completing certain tasks.

Witness the other cycles in your life and take note of how you adapt to periods of darkness vs. light.

When cycles are in motion, things will always change, and change, and then change again.  How you choose to experience that change is up to you.  You can fight it, fear it, dread it, or hate it, or you can trust it, accept it, embrace it and adapt to it, with the eager anticipation of waiting for the beauty of the next sunrise, trusting that regardless of how dark the night may become, that the light will always return.

On: Getting what you deserve

By |2022-11-01T22:42:49-04:00November 1st, 2022|English|

Honor yourself and acknowledge your own divinity, with every thought, with every word, with every choice, with every action and with every interaction that you have today, Dear One.

Why?

Because you are deserving of nothing less.

On: Decision making

By |2022-11-01T00:43:33-04:00November 1st, 2022|English|

If you want to feel better about the decisions that you are making in your life, Dear One, we have a suggestion for you; stop asking other people for their opinions of them.

On: Two options

By |2022-10-31T02:18:19-04:00October 31st, 2022|English|

You can choose to trust, Dear One, or you can choose to try.

  • When you trust you are making a decision to open yourself up and allow the unlimited potential of the universe to bring to you or bring you to that which is for your greatest good.
  • When you try without trusting, you are making a decision to rely on yourself and the limited capacity of your physical reality to do what needs to be done.

Both will work. Both will serve you.  Both will move you in the direction that you want to go.

The biggest difference between the two, Dear One, is the amount of energy that you will have to exert to get there.
