On: Getting creative

By |2021-10-25T23:57:07-04:00October 25th, 2021|English|

Creativity is one of the most powerful tools at your disposal, Dear One.

It can turn an old tire into a swing, flour into bread, a stone into a gem, a piece of paper into a poem, an empty space into a home, an idea into a reality.

Your life is not lacking opportunity Dear One, trust us. All that it is lacking is a little imagination.

It’s time to start getting creative.

How do you do that?

By making the decision right now that the next choice that you make is going to be the inspired one, instead of the expected, logical, or familiar one.

That’s how.

On: What does self-love look like?

By |2021-10-24T00:06:37-04:00October 24th, 2021|English|

How do you treat someone that you love, Dear One?

  • Do you call them stupid when they make a mistake?
  • Do you call them unattractive when they gain a few pounds?
  • Do you call them a loser for coming in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or last even?
  • Do you tell them that they are a failure when things don’t work out as planned?
  • Do you judge them for not making more money?
  • Do you think less of them when they are tired, stressed, or not well?

Do you see where we are going with this?

On: Throwing a pity party

By |2021-10-23T00:01:30-04:00October 23rd, 2021|English|

You should know Dear One, that it is perfectly okay for you to choose to throw yourself a pity party, if that is what you genuinely feel like you need to do.

But just remember, that every minute that you are choosing to invest in feeling sorry yourself, is a minute that you are not investing in doing something more productive, positive, or pleasurable for yourself that just might help you to start turning things around.

Have your party if need to, Dear One, if you think it will help, if you think it will make you feel better.

Just don’t let it go on too long, okay?

On: Bad habits

By |2021-10-21T23:33:29-04:00October 21st, 2021|English|

We realize that habits can be convenient. Dear One, real time savers, but if it didn’t serve you well yesterday, or the day before that, or the day before that, what makes you think it is going to serve you well today?

Unhappiness really is much too high a price to pay for the illusion of convenience that comes with thoughtlessly maintaining unhealthy patterns.

We just thought you should know.

On: A limited time offer

By |2023-06-06T22:03:56-04:00October 20th, 2021|English|

You have a unique opportunity available to you today, Dear One, that will not be available to you tomorrow.

Today, you have the opportunity to make THIS day unforgettable.

  • You can make it the day that you risked it all, or the day that you that you played it safe.
  • You can make it the day that you finally spoke up, spoke your truth, or the day that you remained silent.
  • You can make it the day that you gave up, or the day that you asked for help.
  • You can make it the day that you changed your life, or the day that you remained the same.

This opportunity will not be available to you tomorrow, Dear One.

So you better take advantage of it, while you still can.

On: In this moment

By |2021-10-19T23:46:37-04:00October 19th, 2021|English|

In this moment, Dear One, you can choose to love a little more, to be a little kinder, to be braver, to take a chance, to let it go.

You can choose to be confident, to make a different choice, to change your expectations.

You can choose to take better care of yourself, to honor yourself, to respect yourself, to forgive yourself, and to do the same for those around you.

In this moment, Dear One, you can choose the life that you want.

Will you?

On: The price of admission

By |2021-10-18T23:57:07-04:00October 18th, 2021|English|

Sometimes a little turbulence can be the price of admission, Dear One.

When you begin to tread a new path, one that you have never taken before, know that the ground might feel rough, bumpy or uneven to you at first.  It may continue to feel that way until you cross over it a couple of times, clear out a path, make an impression, and become familiar with your new surroundings.

Bumps in the road do not mean that you are going the wrong way.  They do not mean that you have chosen incorrectly, made a wrong turn or that you need to go back.   Sometimes they are just the experiences that come along with going somewhere you have never gone before.

If the road gets bumpy, when you are traveling a path that you felt guided to travel, don’t doubt Dear One, trust, get excited, because the turbulence that you are feeling may very well be the entry point into someplace new.  You just may be on the verge of discovering the very thing that you have been searching for, that you have been asking for.

How do you know for sure?

You listen to your heart, you trust your instincts, you have faith in yourself and all that brought you to this point.

And then, if you should feel so inclined, you leap.

On: Trusting when you are afraid

By |2021-10-17T22:46:01-04:00October 17th, 2021|English|

Clinging to fear when you are in uncertain or unfamiliar circumstances, Dear One, will serve you in much the same way that turning off the faucet will when you are most in need of a drink.

Fear cuts you off, from your source, from well-being, from the support, guidance, energy and wisdom that you need, just when you need it the most.

Trust in a universe that exists to support you, opens you up and connects you to your source, connects you to the unlimited support, guidance, energy and wisdom that is available to you at all times.

Fear cuts you off, and holds you in darkness. Trust opens you up and lets in the light.

The more you allow yourself to trust in the face of fear Dear One, the more you will be opening up the faucet. The more open your faucet is, the less you will have to be fearful of.

On: Before you do anything else

By |2021-10-17T00:17:42-04:00October 17th, 2021|English|

Before you do anything else today, Dear One, stop and do something that makes you smile.

Think a happy thought, listen to your favorite song, hug someone you love, eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, anything at all will do.

If you can’t do it, if you can’t think of even one thing to do that will make you smile, stop, sit down, and do nothing else until you can.

Trust us Dear One, this will not be a waste of your time.

In fact, it just may be one of the most productive things you do for yourself all day.
