On: The importance of self care

By |2013-08-25T00:08:42-04:00August 25th, 2013|English|

Never feel guilty for taking care of yourself Dear One, for putting yourself first, regardless of what anyone else has to say about it.

Not only is it necessary for you to do so, but we are counting on you to do even more of it.

Those that give you a hard time about it, just don’t yet understand how vitally important it is to for you to do so, for your health, for your happiness, for your ability to help them, for your to your ability to have something of value to offer to yourself, to them, and to the rest of the world.

Someone’s got to teach them Dear One.  Someone’s got to show them how it is done.

Why not you?

On: One or the other

By |2013-08-23T23:51:44-04:00August 23rd, 2013|English|

You can berate yourself for stepping (or falling) off course Dear One, or congratulate yourself for being conscious enough to recognize it.

But you can’t punish yourself and step back into the flow at the same time.

You’re going to have to choose one or the other.

So what’s it going to be?

On: The most important choice you’ll ever make

By |2013-08-23T00:30:52-04:00August 23rd, 2013|English|

The next choice that you make Dear One, will be significant.  It will make a difference in your life.  It will impact your experience in the present moment, and the moment after that, and the moment after that.

The next choice that you make could very well be the most important one that you’ll ever make.

So choose wisely. Choose consciously.  Choose joyfully.  Choose with heart.

Choose love Dear One, every time.

Start with yourself, and work your way out from there.

On: Don’t think

By |2013-08-21T23:22:04-04:00August 21st, 2013|English|

Don’t think you can Dear One.

Know you can.

Once you decide, and take that first step forward in certainty, it’s all down hill from there.

And remember to enjoy the ride, bumps and all.

On: A more personal note

By |2013-08-21T23:00:59-04:00August 21st, 2013|English|

I made a commitment today to being happy.

  • To only make decisions with my heart.
  • To only go towards or keep things in my life that will sustain my happiness.
  • To trust the process more.
  • To have courage.
  • To let go of everything that does not make me happy, including relationships, work and friends.
  • To jump into the flow.

Join me, won’t you?

Thank you Sarah Jane

On: When to do nothing

By |2013-08-20T23:01:28-04:00August 20th, 2013|English|

If you can’t find a way to feel good about the situation you’re in Dear One, stop.

Just stop.

Don’t try and fix it.  Don’t try and change it.  Don’t try and get out of it.  Don’t do anything.

Not until you find something else to feel good about first.

Feel good, and then take action.  Always in that order.

To do it the other way around is only asking for trouble.

On: A favor

By |2013-08-19T23:03:09-04:00August 19th, 2013|English|

You are so much more powerful that you think you are Dear One.

Today, just for the day, do us a favor, and behave as if you believe it.

On: Changing a feeling

By |2013-08-19T00:55:57-04:00August 19th, 2013|English|

Do you want to know the secret to how change a feeling Dear One?

We’ll tell you.

Take notice of the thought that are you thinking.

Pay attention to how it is making you feel.

If you don’t like the feeling, change it.

The thought we mean.

It’s that simple.

On: So close

By |2013-08-17T23:59:19-04:00August 17th, 2013|English|

Don’t give up now Dear One.

Not yet. Not when you’re so close.

Don’t get discouraged about what is.

Get excited. Get really excited about what is about to be.

On: Arrival times

By |2013-08-16T23:30:11-04:00August 16th, 2013|English|

Now that you have asked for what you want Dear One, we suppose you’ll also want to ask when you can expect for it to get here?

And we’ve got an answer for you.

It depends.

While you are waiting, do you plan on spending your time looking for evidence of its arrival or do you plan on spending it looking for evidence of its absence?

Your response will directly determine its rate of travel towards you.
