What do you want to know about your soul’s agenda?
On: What have you got to lose?
You are a powerful creator, Dear One.
You are so much more powerful that you think you are.
Today, just for the day, behave as if you believe us, behave as if you knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that this were true.
Think, speak, choose, and act as if this were an irrefutable fact.
If you can’t muster the strength, courage, and desire to do this for yourself, then do it for us.
What have you got to lose?
On: Bracing for the storm
You don’t have to fight the brewing storm Dear One, or fear it, run from it or hide from it.
There is another option you know.
You can simply allow it to come, and trust yourself enough to know that you can handle it, whatever it may be.
Truth is, your opinion of it, your feelings about it, your actions towards it, your awareness of it, are all feeding it, are all adding to it, are all attracting it towards you Dear One.
If you are giving your attention to it, you are making a contribution to it. So we would like for you to choose with great intention what you would like that contribution to be.
You can speed it up or slow it down, you make can make it stronger and more fierce or kinder and gentler, or you can add levity, compassion, calm and peacefulness or you can add anger, fear, confusion and angst. You can even turn it around or stop it all together if you should choose.
And before you ask, yes, you are that powerful.
On: Grudges
Why hold on to a grudge, Dear One, when there are so many other more pleasant things out there that you can choose to hold on to instead?
On: Pushing through
Toughing it out, pushing through, trying harder, sacrificing more, working smarter, powering on, or fighting the good fight will never be a more efficient or effective approach for helping you to get there, for helping you to achieve your goals, Dear One, as getting happy will.
On: You’ve got a big decision to make
You’ve got a big decision to make, Dear One.
Are you going to let joy, trust, confidence, strength, optimism, and self-love guide your choices today, or will it be fear, obligation, habit, sorrow, avoidance, and self-loathing?
What’s it going to be?
On: Nothing changes
- You are blessed Dear One, even when you are struggling
- You are divine, even when you fail
- You are a beautiful soul, even when your body is weak, your eyes are sunken, and your skin is sallow
- You are precious, even when you are poor
- You are loved, even when feel unworthy
You are who you are Dear One, and there is absolutely nothing that you or anyone else could ever do that is ever going to change that.
On: Tough love
Love is not meant to be tough, Dear One.
Today, just love.
Let that be enough.
On: Improving productivity
Don’t try harder Dear One.
Try more joyfully.
On: Connecting
It is so very easy to get lost or disconnected from your source of well being. It is so very easy to get frustrated by this disconnection.
AND It is so very easy to reconnect again as well.
There is an equal amount of effort required to lose a connection as is required to gain a connection.
Don’t get caught up, lost, intimidated or discouraged by the effort that you thinkit will take to get back on track – as little or no effort is required, if you choose to simply reconnect in the present moment.
The only effort that is required is the effort that it will take you to change your mind.
On: Love doesn’t hurt
Love is not a source of pain Dear One.
Love doesn’t hurt. Love feels wonderful. Love is wonderful.
Love is not what causes you to hurt. It is your worry that it won’t be returned, your fear of losing it, your unmet expectations, your perceived lack of it, that does it.
Love is not the source of your pain Dear One, your focused attention on worry, fear, lack and loss is.
So now that you know, feel free to allow yourself to open up to it, experience it, accept it, give it away and indulge in it as often and deeply as you possibly can.
