What do you want to know about your soul’s agenda?
On: Strengthening your heart
You don’t strengthen your heart the same way that you strengthen your biceps Dear One.
You don’t work it harder to make it stronger.
Reps of repetitive, challenging, difficult, painful emotions are not going to create the desired effect.
The heart thrives on love Dear One, on compassionate, peaceful, trusting, joyful, loving energy.
If you want to get stronger, if you want to strengthen your heart, don’t put your energy into seeking out new ways that will allow you to endure difficult situations, people, emotions and circumstances for longer periods of time, seek out new ways that will help you to let go of them instead.
On: Joy spotting
There are a lot of opportunities for you to experience joy waiting for you in the day ahead, Dear One.
If you are looking for them, if you decide right now to keep your eyes peeled for them, they will be impossible to miss.
On: Taking personal responsibility
You and you alone are responsible for your experience on this journey, Dear One.
- You are responsible for your feelings.
- You are responsible for your actions.
- You are responsible for your reactions.
- You are responsible for your beliefs.
- You are responsible for your words.
Do you get it?
If we were you, if we were the ones standing in your shoes in this physical reality, we would spend as little time as we possibly could indulging in opportunities that inspired us to feel inferior, offended, disappointed, discouraged, let down, powerless, angry, or unworthy, and instead spend our time indulging in opportunities that encouraged us to feel powerful, worthy, loved, motivated, optimistic, connected, compassionate, generous, joyful, happy, centered, and at ease, as often as we possibly could.
But that’s just us.
What are you going to choose to do?
On: Taking it
What are you waiting for Dear One?
What are you saving it for?
What are you saving you for?
Why hold back?
Why not give it everything you’ve got?
- Here
- Now
- Today
Yes, there is a chance that things might not work out the way that you want them to.
But there is also a chance that they might work out even better than that, better than anything you ever could have ever possibly imagined for yourself.
You’ll never know if you never try.
Yes, it’s a risk Dear One.
But one that we really think you should take.
So, will you take it?
On: Doing your part
The world has more peace in it Dear One, when you are peaceful.
It has more compassion when you are compassionate, more love when you are loving, more tolerance when you are tolerant, more hatred when you hate, and more judgment when you judge.
What do you think the world needs more of today Dear One?
Are you willing to do your part to make that happen?
On: How regret serves you
Regret is an easy emotion to latch on to and embrace Dear One. Costly, but easy.
It serves to keep you rooted, in the past, attached to a moment that has come and gone.
It maintains the familiar, regardless of how uncomfortable, painful or damaging it may be.
But Forgiveness is hard. Forgiveness takes courage because it moves you beyond where you are, beyond what is known to you, beyond what is familiar to you.
Forgiveness releases – allows – heals – requires you to trust, love, and let go. It serves to bring you back into the present and frees you from emotions, thoughts, and connections that are keeping you tethered to the past, be it 5 years ago, 5 days ago or 5 minutes ago.
Regret holds on, binds you, and keeps you cemented in one place.
Forgiveness releases, frees you, and allows you to move ahead.
So now you know.
On: The secret to letting go, and holding on
Let it go, focus your attention elsewhere, talk about something else, allow your thoughts to move on, and it will move on from you Dear One.
Hold on to it, remain focused on it, keep talking about it, continue thinking about it, and it will remain with you.
It’s that simple.
On: A great service
You want perform a great service for the world today, Dear One?
Take really, really, really, good care of yourself.
On: Don’t think
Don’t think you can, Dear One.
Know you can.
Once you decide, and take that first step forward in certainty, it’s all down hill from there.
And remember to enjoy the ride, bumps and all.
On: Creativity
Creativity is the joining together of two or more things Dear One – thoughts, feelings, words, notes, pieces of music or fabric, lines, colors, ingredients, anything. Even the joining together of you and we, connecting with one another – on any level, is an act of creation.
Creativity is not an act reserved only for those who call themselves artists.
Once you understand that creativity is the bringing together of any two things, any two elements, you can see/you can begin to understand that the whole of life is an act of creation. You are consistently trying/bringing things together – in your thoughts, in your heart, in your physical reality. It makes no difference how or what you bring together, only that you bring elements together. That is how you create.
If you are alive, you are capable of being creative. The nature of creativity is allowing Dear One, and the process of allowing is one of opening yourself up. You are most open when you are creating.
We love to watch you bring different things, different elements, different ideas together. It brings us great joy to see you adding to/expanding your world, to watch you discover all that is possible.
Our greatest wish for you today Dear One, is that the process brings you as much joy as it does us.
