What do you want to know about your soul’s agenda?

All questions submitted will be answered and all responses will be shared as a daily blog post for the benefit of us all. No names or personally identifiable information will be included in the post.

    On: I can’t

What’s the big deal about saying I can’t?

    We’ll tell you.

Once you decide that you can’t Dear One, once you make up your mind and choose to believe this as your truth, it will become your truth.  And when it does, doors will immediately begin to disappear from your sight as a result.

Once you decide that you can’t Dear One, you cut yourself off from countless possibilities, you cut yourself off from so many experiences that are and always have been available to  you.

And once that happens Dear One, you are no longer able to see the world as it really is – infinite.  You are no longer able to see the truth of your reality, the truth that that anything is possible –  and your worldview begins to get smaller.  And the smaller it gets Dear One, the more cut off you feel.  And the more cut off you feel, the more you close doors.  And the more you encounter closed doors, the more you begin to experience and believe in a reality defined by your self imposed limitations.  And the more that that happens, the harder it becomes for you remember what the world looks like and feels like when anything was possible.

So yes Dear One, saying I can’t is a very big deal.

    Please don’t do so lightly.

    On: Where to start?

Start by getting happy Dear One.

And if that is not possible, start with a smile.

Before you take one more step, before you make one more decision, do something, anything, big or small, that brings joy to your heart and puts a smile on your face.

Any action taken from a place of joy, a place of hope, a good feeling place, will always yield far better and more productive results than any taken from a place of fear, frustration, distrust, hesitance, anger, concern, guilt, stress, sadness or grief.

When in doubt Dear One, remember that joy is always a great place to begin.

    On: Allowing vs. Resisting

    Take notice Dear One.

    • Are you allowing love to flow into your life or are you are resisting it, holding yourself apart from it?
    • Are you allowing healing are you are resisting it?
    • Are you allowing abundance or are you are resisting it?
    • Are you allowing well-being or are you are resisting it?
    • Are you allowing joy, happiness, pleasure or are you are resisting them?

If you are not doing one Dear One, you are doing the other.

    On: Ending stagnation

You want to know how to put an end to stagnation Dear One?

    Move.

    • Your spiritual body is connected to your emotional body
    • Your emotional body is connected to your physical body
    • Your physical body is connected to your spiritual body

Move one Dear One, and you will be creating room for movement to occur across them all.

    • If you are physically restricted, meditate
    • If you are emotionally closed off, walk, run, go climb a rock
    • If you are feeling spiritually disconnected, laugh

There is no reason at all what so ever for you to address physical stagnation physically, emotional stagnation emotionally, or spiritual stagnation spiritually.

Create movement, allow movement to occur at your point of least resistance Dear One, instead of trying to force it to occur at your point of greatest resistance, and you will have found the key that will open the door to releasing stagnation across all areas of your life.
