On: What are you supposed to do today?
Your marching orders for today, Dear One:
Shine, right where you are.
Your marching orders for today, Dear One:
Shine, right where you are.
In what direction are you traveling today, Dear One? Which way are you headed?
Not sure?
Here’s a very simple way for you to figure it out.
Ask yourself this question:
Are you being guided by your heart, by your hopes, dreams, desires, and a vision of success for yourself as you move through your day, or are your your fears, doubts, uncertainties, and insecurities leading the way?
Your answer will tell you all that you need to know!
Beauty is not something that you see with your eyes. Dear One, it is something that you feel with your heart.
So how do you know if what you are looking at, if what you are seeing is truly beautiful, or if it is simply an illusion, a judgment, a product of your imagination?
Close your eyes.
If it disappears, then you know.
No one has it all figured out, Dear one.
No one.
Not even us.
So let yourself off the hook today and stop trying so hard to be the one to do it.
Remember, Dear One, that regardless of how scared, chaotic, lost, or out of control you feel, that the world feels right now, your center, your home, is only one slow, deep breath away.
And we are there.
Always.
Do your choices, thoughts, beliefs, and actions reflect your desires, Dear One?
Do they match up?
So now do you see, Dear One?
If what you want, is not what you’ve got, there absolutely IS something you can do about it.
There are many things in this world that you can’t control, Dear One.
Thankfully, your thoughts are not one of them.
If the thought that you are thinking right now is not making you feel better, is not bringing you joy, is not offering you some sense of relief, we want to remind you that it is well within your power to choose another.
Some thoughts can be so overwhelming, so all encompassing, so powerful that it can be easy to forget that you are choosing them.
But make no mistake, Dear One, you are.
Responsibility begins and end with you, Dear One.
Just something to keep in mind the next time you find yourself looking around for the responsible party.
Memories are not necessarily a true reflection of the events of your past, Dear One. They are more like a picture/a snap shot created in your mind to support a current feeling about an event from your past.
Memories can be beautiful, but they can be damaging as well. Especially when you assign more value or truth to them then you do the present moment.
You can learn from your memories, but be wary of them as well. It is the present moment, the now, that has the greatest influence on how you remember something. Keep this in mind when you attach meaning to an event from long ago. When you do, more often that not, is it simply a way of putting a current feeling into a familiar context.
Be wary of giving too much energy to your memories Dear One, as your recollection of them are really much more about the present then you might think.
The truth, Dear One, your truth is that place from where you allow your thoughts, words, actions and deeds to be dictated from.
The truth is, Dear One, that your truth is what you decide to make it.
