On: Keeping up

By |2014-07-27T22:40:58-04:00July 27th, 2014|English|

There is no divine schedule Dear One.

  • There is only you and your journey.
  • You and your experiences.
  • You and your relationships.
  • You and your attitude, choices, behaviors, patterns, and beliefs.

You are not late Dear One.  You are not behind schedule.  You do not have to hurry to catch up.  You did not miss your chance.  And you most definitely did not get it wrong.

How much stress, how much pressure, how much disappointment do you think you would eliminate from your life, right this very second, by choosing to believe us, by choosing to believe that what we are telling you is true?

There is only one way to find out!

On: Your evolution

By |2023-06-06T22:04:11-04:00July 25th, 2014|English|

You are not here to evolve into a person that is worthy of love Dear One.

You are already worthy of love.

You were born that way.

You are here to evolve into a person that knows it.

On: Can you believe it?

By |2014-07-24T22:51:47-04:00July 24th, 2014|English|

You are important Dear One.

You are special.

You are absolutely essential.

You have a gift, a talent, a perspective within you that the world needs, that no one else has but but you.

Believe it.

Please.

On: Picking a direction

By |2014-07-23T23:57:55-04:00July 23rd, 2014|English|

It is so much easier to make a decision Dear One, when you are clear on what it is that you want, on what direction it is that you want to be moving.

Choosing is not meant to be a guessing game.

So, if you are stuck, if you are unclear as to what choice you want to make next, what action you want to take next, how you want to respond, here are a few simple questions to help you to figure it out.

Ask yourself, in this moment:

  • Do you want to love more or less?
  • Do you want to trust more or less?
  • Do you want to connect more or less?
  • Do you want to be more or less compassionate?
  • Do you want to be more or less brave?
  • Do you want to be more or less creative?
  • Do you want to be more or less confident?
  • Do you want to be more or less trustworthy?

Are you ready to choose now Dear One?

On: Why risk it?

By |2014-07-22T23:02:52-04:00July 22nd, 2014|English|

We understand Dear One, that it can feel as if you are taking a big risk by stepping out into the unknown, going somewhere you have never gone before, trying something you have never tried before.

But the truth is that there is no safer place that you could possibly be than confidently standing on the edge of something new, fully present and open to inspiration, to source energy, to the process of creation.

Holding back, hesitation, doubt, resistance, insecurity, and fear are far greater sources of risks in your life Dear One, than trying something new ever would be, ever could be, ever will be.

On: Conflict resolution

By |2014-07-22T00:23:22-04:00July 22nd, 2014|English|

Just in case you were wondering Dear One, the antidote to conflict is acceptance.

Complete and total acceptance.

Not approval.  Not agreement.  Not compromise.  Not settling.  Not accommodating.  Not pretending.  Not lying.  Not cheating. Not faking it.  And most definitely not resignation.

If you want to diffuse a conflict Dear One, accept what is, exactly as it is, for exactly what it is, as quickly as you possibly can.

And once you do, once you stop pushing, resisting, railing against what is, once you let go of the emotional charge that conflict brings to a situation, then, and only then, will you be in a position (a very powerful one actually) to make a thoughtful, rational, intentional, and heartfelt decision about what you are going to do next.

On: Your purpose

By |2014-07-20T23:57:54-04:00July 20th, 2014|English|

Whether you are painting pictures, writing poetry, baking bread, balancing spreadsheets, fixing cars, teaching Spanish, selling stocks, playing the flute, designing skyscrapers, or sketching tattoos – what you do today Dear One, is of less importance to us than how you feel while you are doing it.

On: Teachers

By |2014-07-20T00:29:47-04:00July 20th, 2014|English|

Everyone is a teacher Dear One.

Everyone around you has something to teach you.

Yes, everyone.

But here is the thing.

The value, the importance, the significance, the impact of the lessons that they have to share with you has practically nothing to do with how good of a teacher they are, and absolutely everything to do with how of good of a student you choose to be.

On: How to stop feeling badly

By |2023-06-06T22:04:12-04:00July 19th, 2014|English|

Believe it or not Dear One, your bad feelings are not actually the source of your pain, they are not actually the source of your discomfort.  So you can stop wrongly accusing them of being so.

Your bad feelings are merely a symptom.

They are a symptom that arises when what you want, what you desire, what you feel you deserve, what you feel you are entitled to, is not in alignment with, or a reflection of, what you’ve got.

And here are two ways that you can go about finding relief from this very uncomfortable symptom Dear One:

  • Get what  you want, and do it in such a way that you enjoy the process of doing so. (That last part is really important).
  • Want something else, maybe even something that you’ve already got.

(And if you were just thinking that that last one sounded a whole lot like we were talking about gratitude here Dear One, you should know, that you’d be right.)
