On: Body language

You know it is time to rest when you feel tired.  You know it is time to eat when you feel hungry.  You know it is time to move when you feel restless.

Listen to your body Dear One.  Trust its wisdom.  Take action on its behalf – and you will experience a much greater sense of ease keeping it in balance.

It knows what it needs and it is always telling you.  It is not shy or coy.  It does not manipulate or play games, or try to confuse you or teach you a lesson.

Your physical body only knows how to speak/express truth.

Trust it.  Listen to it.  Take action on its behalf  and expect to feel a whole lot better.

On: Who to trust

By |2012-09-06T22:51:12-04:00September 6th, 2012|English|

It is much more important that you learn to trust and believe in yourself Dear One, than it is for you to exert a great deal of energy trying to surround yourself with trustworthy souls.

Once you trust yourself, your instincts, your hunches, your intuition, your gut, your ability to read people, you will have little or no need to doubt those around you.

You will know whether or not they are worthy of your trust. You will know when they are being truthful or telling you a lie.  You will know when their advice has your best interest at heart or their own.  You will know Dear One, when you trust the best and most accurate guidance system out there, yourself.

How do you learn to trust in yourself?

You practice. Practice, practice, practice.

The more you do it, the better you will become at it.

And here is the thing; The more you trust, the more you will attract those who are trustworthy into your life.  That’s just the way it works Dear One.

On: Giving vs taking

By |2012-09-05T23:12:18-04:00September 5th, 2012|English|

Be generous Dear One, with your spirit, with your gifts, with your heart, in all that you do.  There is no reason for you to hold on to yourself, to hold back  – for you will never run out of you or of any of the wonderful qualities that make you, you.  In fact, the more of yourself that you give away, the quicker you will find yourself restored.  Share your gifts, share yourself.  Allow both to flow freely out into the world.

Remember Dear One, you live in an abundant universe – where there is no lack.

But know that there is a big difference between giving yourself away/giving of yourself and having others take from you.  You will know the difference by how it feels to you because one is restorative and energizing and the other is rather draining.

Take notice of how your energy is flowing – from you, through you, out into the world.

Once you become aware of and can see the difference between giving your energy willingly and having it taken from you, either aggressively or passively, it is our belief that you will at once acquire an awareness of how to protect yourself and prevent the latter from taking place.

Once you learn to see and direct how and where you energy flows, no one or no thing will ever be able to take it from you again without your consent.

On: Work

By |2012-09-03T23:05:22-04:00September 3rd, 2012|English|

How hard you work does not determine the quality of your life Dear One.

How much joy you feel does.

Remember that as you head back to work today, and everyday after.

On: Mistakes

By |2012-09-02T23:40:54-04:00September 2nd, 2012|English|

There are no mistakes Dear One, only choices.

And you are the only one that can decide how you are going to judge the impact of those choices on your life – was it good or bad; helpful or hurtful; educational or a waste of time, motivational or a reason to give up.

Judge wisely Dear One.  Because whatever it is that you choose, will become the reality for you.

On: Life

By |2012-09-01T21:30:17-04:00September 1st, 2012|English|

Life is not a chore Dear One.

It is a pleasure.

It is a gift.

If you define it as anything other, you are completely missing the point of being alive.

On: A reality check

By |2023-06-06T22:04:16-04:00August 31st, 2012|English|

Stop trying to be the person that you think the world wants you to be and just be the person that you are Dear One.

The reality of you is infinitely more powerful, intelligent, interesting, fun, lovable, humorous, desirable, attractive, genuine – more everything – than any illusion of you ever could be.

On: Prudence vs. Fear

By |2012-08-30T22:01:06-04:00August 30th, 2012|English|

Your life can be as big or as small as you want it to be Dear One.  You decide which with every choice that you make.

You are smart.  You have good instincts.  Trust them.

There is a big difference between prudence and fear – between caution and fear.  You know what the difference is.

Only you can decide which you are going to let guide you and influence you most along your journey.

Are you being prudent or are you afraid?  Only you know for sure.

Big or small Dear One.  It’s up to you to decide.

On: Completing tasks

By |2012-08-29T22:44:10-04:00August 29th, 2012|English|

Creating the plan, doing the work, maintaining the relationships, finding what’s missing, fixing what’s broken, cleaning up the mess, etc.   If you view all of these things as nothing more than tasks that need to be completed in your life Dear One, then that is all they can or ever will be to you – things you need to get out of the way.

But the truth is that they can be so much more than that.

These are the events of your life.  These are your experiences.  You are truly missing out on something potentially wonderful if you are just enduring or getting through them.

To you today we say don’t waste one more second of your life simply getting through something Dear One.  Instead, choose to get engaged, choose to get involved, choose to actively and consciously participate in the process of creation/creativity with whatever it is you are doing.

No task – no matter how small or seemingly trivial or taxing or time consuming is without a creative possibility.  You simply need to find it, engage with it, open yourself up to it and to the inspiration that exists to help you complete it.  It is there.  We promise you that.

With every task that you take on, look, listen, open yourself up the creative possibility that exists in the process of completing it.

Remember, that the completion of every task that you take on is an act of creation/creativity, and every act of creation/creativity is a sacred act.
