On: Picking up the pace

By |2020-05-22T00:24:20-04:00May 22nd, 2020|English|

Do you want to know the fastest way to get from where you are to where you want to be Dear One?

Slow down.

Practice patience.

The more focused and centered you are, the more clarity you have, the more intentional your actions, the better you feel, the more effective you will be.

It is hard to feel good, grounded, centered, focused, and move with intention when you are stressed, frustrated, hurried, and rushing.

Practice patience Dear One, move with joy, clarity, and intention rather than speed, and watch as the distance between where you are and where you want to be shrinks at the speed of thought.

On: Quitting with clarity

By |2023-06-06T22:04:00-04:00May 20th, 2020|English|

Whenever you get the desire to quit Dear One, to throw in the towel, and give up before the end, ask yourself why it is that you want to do so, before you take any action.

  • Is it because quitting will release you from a commitment that no longer serves you? Because it will bring you greater pleasure, joy, freedom, and opportunity to pursue something else that you believe will serve you?
  • Is it because quitting will release you from having to do the hard work required to complete a difficult task?  Because it will prevent you from confronting your fears, from facing uncomfortable feelings, from the discomfort of growth and moving beyond that which is familiar to you, that which feels safe, into a place that could lead you to who knows where?

Quit or don’t quit Dear One. That is your choice.  It is not our place to tell you what to do.

But whatever you decide, we just want to make sure that you are aware of your reasons for doing it before you do.

Sometimes Dear one, it is just not necessary for you to understand it.

Sometimes, all that is necessary is for you to acknowledge it, accept it, and decide to embrace it or let it go, and move on.

On: Getting to know you better

By |2023-06-06T22:04:00-04:00May 18th, 2020|English|

Do you want to know one of the best ways for you to get to know yourself better Dear One?

Slow down, put in the effort, take the time, and get to know them better.

Find out who they really are, what they feel, think, and believe, why they do what they do, why they say what they say.

Make every interaction really personal.

By taking the time to get to know who they really are, instead of spending your time with some superficial version of who you think they really are, you will  be tapping  into a wealth of information about yourself.

Your feelings about them, your reactions to them, and your responses to the real them, will reveal a lot to you, about you.

You are and will always be more light than you are dark Dear One.

You will always be more spirit/energy than you are physical.

There is more about you that is malleable, flexible, and changeable than is permanent.

There will always be more about you that you can change Dear One, than you can not.

On: When you are ready

Yes, there is much for you to feel badly about Dear One.

There are many reasons for you to be sad.

And there is a lot for you to be angry, hurt, disappointed, distressed, and resentful about too.

If those are the things that you want to choose to give your attention to, to focus on, then by all means go right ahead and do so.

But you should know that there are just as many joyful, peaceful, inspiring, loving, hopeful, helpful, good feeling options available to you as well, whenever you are ready to choose them.

On: Ending stagnation

By |2020-05-15T00:27:18-04:00May 15th, 2020|English|

You want to know how to put an end to stagnation, Dear One?

Move.

  • Your spiritual body is connected to your emotional body
  • Your emotional body is connected to your physical body
  • Your physical body is connected to your spiritual body

Move one Dear One, and you will be creating room for movement to occur across them all.

  • If you are physically restricted, meditate
  • If you are emotionally closed off, walk, run, go climb a rock
  • If you are feeling spiritually disconnected, laugh

There is no reason at all what so ever for you to address physical stagnation physically, emotional stagnation emotionally, or spiritual stagnation spiritually.

Create movement, allow movement to occur at your point of least resistance Dear One, instead of trying to force it to occur at your point of greatest resistance, and you will have found the key that will open the door to releasing stagnation across all areas of your life.

On: Your intuition

By |2020-05-14T01:12:39-04:00May 14th, 2020|English|

What is your intuition telling you in this moment Dear One? Can you hear it?

It is speaking to you all the time. Offering you guidance. Telling you what you need to know, about yourself, your choices, your health, your relationships, your work, your finances, everything. Guiding you towards that which you want most for yourself. That which is for your greatest good, without the limiting influences of fear.  And yet, more often than not you choose to ignore it. Why is that? Why, for even one moment, would you choose to disregard or ignore this very clear, precise and always accurate internal guidance system?

We believe there are 2 reasons:

1- You have ignored it for so long that you hardly even recognize it or hear it any more.

2- Acting on your intuition requires courage. The courage to trust in yourself.

There is only one way to get past these hurdles Dear One.

Be Brave.  Start Listening.  Trust Yourself.

So, what is your intuition telling you to do now?

On: The possibility of change

By |2020-05-13T00:11:48-04:00May 13th, 2020|English|

If you want to experience real change in your life Dear One, change.

Make a different choice, take a different route, try a different approach, eat a different breakfast.

If you don’t know how to do that, if you don’t know what to change to make things better, ask for help.

If you don’t know who to ask, if you don’t know who to turn to, ask us, through prayer, mediation or even email.  Whatever works best for you.

But know Dear One, that no matter what, if you are ready to choose it, change is always available to you.
