On: Show don’t tell

By |2020-10-31T23:38:40-04:00October 31st, 2020|English|

How would you behave today, Dear One, if you knew that you could do it?

What would you try if you knew that you could accomplish anything that you set your mind to?

What would you allow yourself to desire if you knew that were capable of attracting anything that wanted to into your life?

How would you act if you had no doubt whatsoever that you were  capable of gracefully and successfully handling anything that came your way?

Don’t tell us Dear One.

Show us.

On: Being grateful for what’s missing

By |2020-10-30T00:24:17-04:00October 30th, 2020|English|

It’s easy to be grateful for all that you’ve go,t Dear One.

It’s wise to be grateful for that which is missing, for that which you want but don’t yet have

Why?

Because gratitude is so much more than you think it is. It is so much more than just a feeling, an attitude, or a mindset of appreciation.

It is also a powerful act of creation.

When you are grateful, when you are feeling gratitude, you are actively engaging in the process of creating more of whatever it is you are grateful for, of inviting more of it into your life.

That’s why.

On: Taking a break

By |2020-10-28T23:30:46-04:00October 28th, 2020|English|

If your body is telling you that it needs a break, Dear One, take it.

Trust us when we tell you that you will be so much better off choosing to take one now, while the choice is still yours to make.

On: How you feel is not the problem

By |2020-10-27T23:47:09-04:00October 27th, 2020|English|

How you feel is rarely the issue Dear One. Your feelings are not the problem.

Issues, problems, challenges, troubles do not arise from having feelings.

They arise Dear One, when you respond poorly to them.

Can you appreciate the difference?

Having bad feelings is not a valid excuse for making bad choices.

Try to remember that the next time that you are feeling badly and you just may save yourself, and those around you, from a world of unnecessary hurt.

On: Your purpose

Whether you are painting pictures, writing poetry, baking bread, balancing spreadsheets, fixing cars, teaching Spanish, selling stocks, playing the flute, designing skyscrapers, or sketching tattoos – what you do today Dear One, is of less importance to us than how you feel while you are doing it.

On: Your responsibility

By |2020-10-24T23:22:18-04:00October 24th, 2020|English|

It is not your responsibility to teach them, Dear One.

It is your responsibility to find your voice and use it.

And if others should hear your words and be motivated by them, learn from them, be inspired by them, or take-action as a result of them, then so be it.

On: Stretched too thin

By |2020-10-24T00:16:20-04:00October 24th, 2020|English|

If with one hand you are reaching back Dear One, holding on to things in your past, and with the other you are reaching out ahead of you, holding on to a vision of your future, is it any wonder that you feel like you are being stretched too thin in the here and now?

You should know, that which is for your greatest good, is and will always be, in the present moment.

The tradition of joining both hands together at your heart for prayer, for meditation, for your daily practice, is meant to be a reminder of this for you.

Be. Here. Now.

On: Nothing changes

By |2020-10-23T01:17:54-04:00October 23rd, 2020|English|

Remember,

  • You are blessed Dear One, even when you are struggling
  • You are divine, even when you fail
  • You are a beautiful soul, even when your body is weak, your eyes are sunken, and your skin is sallow
  • You are precious, even when you are poor
  • You are loved, even when feel unworthy

You are who you are Dear One, and there is absolutely nothing that you or anyone else could ever do that is ever going to change that.
