On: Ending stagnation
You want to know how to put an end to stagnation Dear One?
Move.
- Your spiritual body is connected to your emotional body
- Your emotional body is connected to your physical body
- Your physical body is connected to your spiritual body
Move one Dear One, and you will be creating room for movement to occur across them all.
- If you are physically restricted, meditate
- If you are emotionally closed off, walk, run, go climb a rock
- If you are feeling spiritually disconnected, laugh
There is no reason at all what so ever for you to address physical stagnation physically, emotional stagnation emotionally, or spiritual stagnation spiritually.
Create movement, allow movement to occur at your point of least resistance Dear One, instead of trying to force it to occur at your point of greatest resistance, and you will have found the key that will open the door to releasing stagnation across all areas of your life.
On: No BS
The universe has no ego Dear One — unlike you.
It has no physical, emotional, social, spiritual, or financial agenda for your life either —unlike you.
The universe just tells it like it is, no BS.
You live your life, you make choices, you feel, you create, you vibrate, you send your energy out into the world, and the universe reflects it back to you, objectively, with no judgment, no distortions, no illusions, and no expectations.
The best way to know for sure how you are flowing your energy Dear One, is not by trying to be more conscious of the way that you feel while you are flowing it, while you are putting it out there (although that is important) – it is by becoming more conscious of how you feel, what you see, and what you get when the universe reflects it back to you.
On: What counts
You are a vibrational being Dear One, and as such, you are quite literally connected to everything and everyone around you.
Everything that you do, think, feel, say, act out, choose, create, or destroy, has an impact on your world and everything in it, has an impact on your body and every cell in it.
It all counts Dear One.
So the question to ask yourself today is not “Do I want to try and make an impact on the world around me?”.
The question to ask is “What kind of impact do I want to make”.
On: A lesson in self-care
Never feel guilty about taking care of yourself Dear One, for putting yourself first, regardless of what anyone else has to say about it.
Those that give you a hard time just don’t yet understand how vitally important it is for you to do so – for you, for them and for the rest of the world.
If you are not healthy, happy, balanced, and strong, you will be of little or no use to anyone, including yourself.
Someone’s got to teach them Dear One. Someone’s got to show them how it is done.
Why not you?
On: Healing
Forgive Dear One, them and yourself.
Healing will begin the moment that you do.
And remember, forgiveness is not about condoning, accepting, or dismissing poor behavior, hurtful words, or damaging actions.
It is about choosing to prioritize yourself, your health, and your well-being, over your pain.
