On: How to be useful

By |2015-12-31T00:57:46-05:00December 31st, 2015|English|

Sometimes the most useful thing you can do Dear One, to be of service to them, is to take really good care of yourself, to honor yourself, to nurture yourself, to prioritize yourself, to enjoy yourself, to shine, and show them how it’s done.

On: Choosing your part

By |2015-12-30T01:00:44-05:00December 30th, 2015|English|

You can choose to be your stories greatest victor Dear One, or its most tragic victim.

The pen is in your hand.

What’s it going to be?

Write yourself well.

On: Stretched too thin

If with one hand you are reaching back Dear One, holding on to things in your past, and with the other you are reaching out ahead of you, holding on to a vision of your future, is it any wonder that you feel like you are being stretched too thin in the here and now?

You should know, that which is for your greatest good, is and will always be, in the present moment.

The tradition of joining both hands together at your heart for prayer, for meditation, for your daily practice, is meant to be a reminder of this for you.

Be. Here. Now.

On: Getting rid of what you don’t want

By |2015-12-27T23:43:10-05:00December 27th, 2015|English|

If you don’t want it anymore Dear One, if you don’t like it anymore, simply stop choosing it.

That doesn’t mean you need to push it away, throw it out, or try to force it out of sight and mind to get rid of it.

All it means is that you simply need to stop choosing it.

Remember that you aren’t just choosing with your actions Dear One. You are also choosing with your thoughts, with your beliefs, and with the focus of your attention.

We know that there are so many things in this life that you are looking forward to, that you want to experience, hold-on to, and create more of for yourself, so why give even one more minute of your attention to anything else?

On: Why tell the truth?

By |2015-12-23T23:25:07-05:00December 23rd, 2015|English|

Why should you tell the truth Dear One?

Contrary to popular belief, it is not because doing so will set you free.

The real reason that we want you to tell the truth Dear One, is that consequences of doing so will shift the people, events, circumstances and outcomes around you in such a way so as to lead  you to precisely the spot where your heart wants you to be.

That’s why?

Tell the truth and don’t fear that things will change as result of doing so.

Tell the truth and get excited about the changes that are to come as a result.

On: Not taking your time

Did you know that any decision that you make confidently, joyfully, with an open heart, from a good feeling place, regardless of how impetuous or how well thought out it may be,  will always bring you closer to that which you are seeking than any made from a place of tension, stress, confusion, turmoil or emotional distress?

It’s true!

On: Taking good care of yourself

By |2023-06-06T22:04:09-04:00December 22nd, 2015|English|

Taking good care of yourself does not mean pushing yourself to extremes Dear One, to do all that you want to do, and be all that you want you to be.  And it also does not mean sheltering yourself from challenges, protecting yourself from your fears, giving up, quitting, or walking away when things get tough either.

Taking good care of yourself means always remembering to love yourself enough to choose balance, to choose joy, to choose patience and compassion in every moment, knowing that doing so will not inhibit your progress along your path but will actually hasten it.

On: The passage of time

By |2015-12-21T01:03:20-05:00December 21st, 2015|English|

Don’t curse time for moving too fast Dear One, or for moving too slowly. Don’t blame it for prolonging your pain or cutting short your pleasure.

You are the one in charge of how you choose to experience its passage. You are the one who decides how you are going to spend it.  That power always has and always will rest with you, not with time.

Time is a gift Dear One.  Not a curse.

Make a choice to experience it intentionally and consciously, with ease, grace and gratitude.

Use it.  Enjoy it.  Celebrate it. Open yourself up to it.

The experience of it is, after all, one of the biggest reasons you are here.
