Very busy running around getting ready for my trip to the UK in the morning. Off to go and meet my publisher, the Queen, and a few other British folks for a few days before heading up to Scotland to enjoy some green.

Open your heart, open your mind, open your eyes, open your mouth.

Open up wide Dear One, wider than you ever have before and let in the light, make room for something new, create space for something different, for a new possibility, for a new outcome.

Listen to what we are telling you Dear One.

It is the safest, quickest, most effective and pleasurable route out of any undesired state or situation there is.

The best thing that you can do for yourself right this minute Dear One, is to take a deep breath, clear your head, make a conscious connection with your heart, allow the smile to rise to your lips, and trust what it is telling you.

• You are blessed Dear One, even when you are struggling
• You are divine, even when you fail
• You are a beautiful soul, even when your body is weak, your eyes are sunken, and your skin is sallow
• You are precious, even when you are poor
• You are loved, even when feel unworthy

You are who you are Dear One, and there is absolutely nothing that you or anyone else could ever do that is ever going to change that.

If you take responsibility Dear One, they’ll be no one to blame.

Are you ready for that?

Standing in front of a well-stocked refrigerator will not make you any less hungry Dear One.  Sandwiches do not magically make themselves.

If you want one, you are going to have to step up and make one.

Happiness works in much the same way.

If you want some or more of it in  your life, you’re going to have to step up and help yourself.

Life really is simple Dear One.

It is made up of a series simple decisions, simple choices, simple tasks, and simple relationships, that all come together to create your experience.

If what you are going through right now is anything other than simple, then you can be sure that there is another way, another option, another path available to you in this moment that you can follow that will make it so.

We promise you Dear One, it ‘s there.

You just need to stop and give yourself the time to look for it, simply.
