On: Stress reduction
The thought of being overwhelmed Dear One, the anticipation of not being able to handle it all, can actually be more stressful then the stress of doing all that you need to do.
So what can you do to reduce the stress?
Eliminate the anticipation.
- Instead of telling yourself “I can’t”, tell yourself “I can”
- Instead of telling yourself “it’s going to be a nightmare”, tell yourself “everything is going to work out for the best”
- Instead of telling yourself “I don’t have all the answers”, tell yourself “I know all of the answers will come to me”
And believe it.
Life is stressful enough Dear One.
There really is no need for you to add to it.
On: Why hold on?
We watch you struggling day after day Dear One, working so hard to hold on; to your job, to your relationships, to your health, to your beliefs, to that which is familiar, to that which is comfortable, to that which is already known to you.
And we ask ourselves why.
Why do you work so hard to hold on Dear One when you can trust, allow, and let go, and float, fly, sail, along your path instead?
On: A good investment
Gratitude is more than a feeling Dear One. And it is more than an attitude too.
It is an act of creation.
When you are grateful, when you are feeling gratitude, you are in the process of creating more of, you are in the process of inviting more of whatever it is you are grateful for into your life.
Yes, being grateful does feels good Dear One, but you should know that it is also a really good investment of your time as well.
On: Being picky
You are meant to love your life Dear One. You are not meant to simply endure it.
At any given moment in time, there are a countless number of options available for you to choose from.
So why not be picky? Why not choose only those that you really, truly want, that excite you, inspire you, motivate you, tickle you, comfort you, make you smile, and bring you great joy?
We can think of no good reason for you not to.
Can you?
