On: A win-win scenario

By |2022-08-22T00:47:35-04:00August 22nd, 2022|English|

Act courageously today, Dear One.

Do something that you have been afraid to do. Say something that you have been afraid to say. Decide not to let the fear of rejection, embarrassment, or failure stop you.

And at the end of the day, regardless of the outcome, celebrate the fact that you did it!

On: Why speak your truth?

By |2022-08-21T01:34:02-04:00August 21st, 2022|English|

Why are we always encouraging you to speak your truth, Dear One?

Contrary to popular belief, it is not simply because it is “the right thing to do”.

The real reason that we want you to tell the truth, Dear One, is that consequences of doing so will shift the people, events, circumstances and outcomes around you in such a way so as to lead you to precisely the right spot where you need to be to start living it.

That’s why.

Tell the truth and don’t fear that things will change as result of doing so.

Tell the truth and get excited about the changes that will unfold as a result.

On: The wrong size

By |2022-08-17T23:45:47-04:00August 17th, 2022|English|

If you are feeling tight, restricted, tense, frustrated, boxed in, or cut off, Dear One, it is very likely that it is because you are living a life that is entirely too small for you.

The remedy to this malady is a simple one:

  • Remember that there is no limit to what is possible for you, no box you must fit in to, no plan you must adhere to, no path you must follow.
  • Take a deep breath.  Expand your lungs. Unclench your fists hands.  Widen your eyes. Open your mind.  Open you heart.  And trust, believe what we are telling you is true.
  • And then dream bigger, and allow your world to expand.

On: Fixing it

By |2022-08-16T23:47:37-04:00August 16th, 2022|English|

What you do today matters so much more than what you did yesterday, Dear One.

If you want to fix it, if you want to make things better, if you want to make things right, keep your attention, energy, and actions focused here, instead of there.

On: A starting point

By |2022-08-16T13:05:01-04:00August 15th, 2022|English|

Do you want to know where you should start, Dear One?

Start by getting happy.

And if getting happy feels like to big of a step for you, then start with a thought that makes you smile.

But before you take one more step, before you make one more decision, before you move forward in any direction, do something, anything, big or small, that brings joy to your heart and puts a smile on your face.

Any action taken from a place of joy, a place of hope, a place that feels good to you, will always yield you far better and more productive results than any taken from a place of fear, frustration, distrust, hesitance, obligation, anger, concern, guilt, stress, sadness or grief.

So, when in doubt, Dear One, when you are unsure of what it is that you need to do next, remember finding a reason to smile is a great place to begin.

On: The designated driver

By |2022-08-15T00:20:26-04:00August 15th, 2022|English|

Life is change, Dear One. There is nothing you can do about that.

But there is much you can do to impact/influence the direction of that change.

Up. Down. Left. Right. Backwards. Forwards.

So many choices.  So many possibilities.

And the best part is, you get to decide which direction is right for you.

Remember, Dear One, that regardless of where it is that you choose to sit, you will always be the designated driver of your own life.

On: Limits vs. Boundaries

By |2022-08-14T00:43:26-04:00August 14th, 2022|English|

Do you know the difference between a limit and a boundary, Dear One?

  • A boundary is self-imposed and can be changed
  • A limit is a finite physical reality

You may not want to get on an airplane because you have a fear of flying.

You may not want to jump off of a cliff and try to fly (unaided) because you don’t have wings.

Do you see the difference?

  • Limits should be honored.
  • Boundaries should be pushed, broken down, or shattered every chance you get.

Mistake one for the other and you run the risk of unnecessarily cutting yourself off from a whole world of amazing possibilities, joys, pleasures, and experiences.

Not having feathers is a good reason not to try and fly, being afraid is not.

On: Why be here, now?

By |2022-08-12T23:14:38-04:00August 12th, 2022|English|

Why be here now, Dear One?

  • Because the more present you are, the more you focus your attention in the present moment, the more you will see, hear, smell, taste, and feel, the more aware you will be of what is going on around you, and within you.
  • And the more you understand that, the more you will understand the impact of your choices, how they make you feel, and how they are serving you (or not serving you), in the present moment.
  • And the more you understand that, the more you will understand cause and effect, the more you will come to understand what is real and what is a product of your own imagination.
  • And the more you understand that, the more you will be able to take responsibility for your choices, for your actions, thoughts, beliefs and behaviors.
  • And more you are able to do that that, the more you will come to understand just how powerful you really are.

That’s why.
