On: Taking charge
There are many things in this world that you can’t control, Dear One.
But your thoughts are not one of them.
If the one that you are thinking right now is not pleasing to you, does not feel good, is not causing you joy, we want to remind you that you can take charge, and choose another.
Some thoughts can be so overwhelming, so all encompassing, so powerful that it can be easy to forget that you are choosing them.
But make no mistake, Dear One, you are.
On: Getting someplace new
The only way to experience change, Dear One, to get somewhere you have never been before, is to choose to do something you have never done before, to say something you have never said before, to try something you have never tried before, to walk a path you have never walked before, to trust, have faith, be brave, leap.
We know that you know this already.
But we thought that you could use the reminder.
If you want something to be different today, Dear One, do something differently.
On: A helping hand
Take notice of the hands that you are holding onto, Dear One, the connections that you choose to maintain.
- Are they helping you up or holding you down?
- Are they pulling you back or encouraging you forward?
- Are they leading you in a direction that best serves you, or in a direction that best serves them?
If you are not sure, Dear One, let go for a little bit and find out.
It’s important that you know.
On: Being broken
You believe that you are broken, Dear One, that you are irrevocably injured, but you are not.
Your “injury” is your mistaken belief that what they think of you is truth. And we are here, telling you now, unequivocally, that it is not.
Remove that thorn, Dear One, sever yourself from that belief, and your wound will mend, your “injury” will heal, and you will feel whole again.
