On: Eternity

By |2023-06-10T15:34:19-04:00June 9th, 2023|English|

Eternity is a really, really, really long time, Dear One.

So long, in fact, that no one, not even any of us here, fully understands the concept, what it means, what it is.

Fortunately for us all however, it is not something that we really need to understand.

Why?

Because NOW is, and will always be the most significant, powerful and relevant moment there is, ever.

On: Right this minute

By |2023-06-08T23:59:27-04:00June 8th, 2023|English|

The best thing that you can do for yourself right this minute, Dear One, is to take a deep breath, clear your mind, make a conscious connection with your heart, and trust what it is telling you.

On: This moment… and the next

By |2023-06-07T22:02:45-04:00June 7th, 2023|English|

In this moment, never mind what you should be doing or could be doing, Dear One.  Never mind what they need from you or what they want from you.  Never mind what their expectations are.  Let them go.

In this moment all that really matters is you – what you think of you – what you want from you – what you expect from you – what you want this day to be.

When was the last time that you allowed the sound of your own voice, your own heart, your own wants, your own needs to lead you – regardless of the needs, wants and expectations of those around you?

In this moment, ignore them, Dear one.  Ignore all of them and listen only to yourself, to you own inner voice.  Pay close attention to the details of what it has to say to you – because your own heart holds much wisdom for you.  It holds much love and compassion and forgiveness for you too.

In this moment, allow yourself to connect with that wisdom.

And in the next, allow yourself to follow it.

On: Would it make a difference?

By |2023-06-07T10:00:14-04:00June 6th, 2023|English|

What if, in this moment, Dear One, you decided to love yourself unconditionally, to nurture yourself, to honor yourself, to forgive, care for and prioritize yourself, to accept yourself exactly where and as you are, to be a peace?

What if, in this moment, you decided to remember that you are worthy, that you are divine, that the reason that you are here is to have a joyful experience of being alive?

If you did this now, Dear One, would the next choice that you make, the next answer that you give, the next action that you take, the next words that you speak, the next thought that you think, be any different?

On: Stress reduction

By |2023-06-05T22:44:17-04:00June 5th, 2023|English|

The thought of being overwhelmed, Dear One, the anticipation of not being able to handle it all, can actually be more stressful than the stress of doing all that you need to do.

So what can you do to reduce the stress?

Eliminate the anticipation of failure.

  • Instead of telling yourself “I can’t”, tell yourself “I can”
  • Instead of telling yourself “it’s going to be a nightmare”, tell yourself  “everything is going to work out for the best”
  • Instead of telling yourself  “I don’t have all the answers”, tell yourself  “I know all of the answers will come to me”

And believe it.

Life is stressful enough, Dear One.

There really is no need for you to add more stress to it.

On: A gentle solution

By |2023-06-04T21:53:47-04:00June 4th, 2023|English|

Know this, Dear One, with absolute certainty — whatever it is, whatever is going on, whatever you are struggling with, whatever you have to fix, manage, resolve, clean up, heal, or eliminate — there IS a gentle solution to it available to you at all times.

So now that you know this, now that you no longer have to wonder, relax, take a deep breath, trust, open your mind and your heart, and allow yourself to see it.

On: Useful questions

By |2023-06-03T22:02:33-04:00June 3rd, 2023|English|

Why?
Figuring out the answer to this question is not always going to serve you in a useful and positive way, Dear One.  In fact, it rarely ever will.

What now?
But figuring out the answer to this question, will always be useful to you.

If what you are in need of is useful answers, remember that the only way that you are ever going to find them, is to start by asking useful questions.

On: Learning through experience

By |2023-06-02T22:33:35-04:00June 2nd, 2023|English|

Yes, the best way to learn is through experience, Dear One.

But you don’t need to drink the poison to know that it will kill you.

Be adventurous. Be Daring. Take a chance. Try something new. Risk it. Live.

All the while remembering that you were given intuition, knowledge, and wisdom for a reason.

So don’t forget to use them.

On: Letting it be

By |2023-06-01T23:02:12-04:00June 1st, 2023|English|

Life can be a harrowing experience if you let it be, Dear One.

And it can also be filled with  joy, love, freedom, relief and bliss if you let…it…be.

As always, the choice is there for you to make.
