On: Choosing a focal point

Why choose to focus on what is wrong, on what you don’t have, on what you don’t want, or on feeling badly Dear One, when there are so many other more pleasant, pleasing and enjoyable options available to you?

Just curious.

Did you know that being afraid will not actually protect you Dear One, that it  is no safer than being confident, and that both require the same amount of effort and consciousness to maintain?

Feeling fear and being afraid are not the same thing.

Are you happy where you are Dear One?

  • If yes, enjoy it!
  • If not, do something about it.

But know that resenting it, regretting it, fearing it, hating it, feeling badly about it, raging against it, blaming yourself for it (or anyone else for that matter), is not going to do anything to improve the situation in any positive way.

So if that is what you have been trying up until this point, and you are still unhappy, it might be time for you to try something new.
